Awesome shoe, just rebought[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first pair at a running store in town and loved these. They feel like clouds or marshmellows on my feet while walking, but once I start running or jogging the impacts are absorbed perfectly, my gait is spot on and the shoe supports me better than anything I've ever ran in. Been running in these for a year, and now I'm buying a second pair. I keep them a touch loose and have slipped them on and off a few times, so that the upper inner heel wore out hence I have to rebuy!

3rd pair[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have run in these shoes for about 18 months. I’m on my third pair. I upgraded from some Merrill “glove” models when I started running more pavement and started lifting (or just got heavier since I was in my early 30s.
Nice way to have lots of cushion and still keep that zero drop. I’m a pretty high arch type with a midsole strike. This shoe gets it done for my non competitive fitness work.

Terrible fit; Returned after two runs[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two short runs I had half-dollar sized blisters on each of my feet. I read reviews that the fit was poor on other sites but based on my experience with Altra being fantastic, I ignored them. Unfortunately the terrible fit was a deal breaker and I can't really comment on the other features of the shoe.
