best boots ever!!!I have had these boots for over 2 years now, and I wear them everywhere!! You can ride in them ( I usually ride bareback in them, because Idon't like ridingin mytall bootsbecause I find I pokemy horse alotwheni'm riding bareback... hahaha), but I also use them for working (cleaning stalls, moving horses, etc.) and also at tradeshows, events, and just everywhere. I swear you could stand in a puddle up to the laces for 5 hours and not get a single drop on you! I would recommend these boots to everyone in the entire world! They are soo worth the price, and not even that highly priced for work boots these days.

Could not be happierIn "normal" riding boots I am so uncomfortable. I need a wider toe box, can't EVER wear anything pointy. Christiansen'sSaddlery inLoomis, CA,suggestedI try on these books. They'reneartheTevis trail and have a lot of great endurance riding gear. While I'm not an endurance rider, I loved these boots from the moment I put them on, bought them on the spot and wore them home. I own two pairs, now. They're what I wear every day for riding, working at the barn, walking the dogs ... you name it. They're just about as comfortable, supportive and durable as they can be -- and they're a great schooling boot, too! Now, Ariat ... if you'd just offer show boot options for those of us who can't abide pointy shoes. I'd buy paddock boots AND tall boots, if I could!

Finally! A wide boot!I love these boots! I have wide feet and struggle to find shoes that fit, especially riding boots. I've had these bootssince March and theyfitgreat!Theyare very comfortablearound the barn andin the saddle. In fact, I even wear them hiking because they don't give me any blisters. The only "downside" is that I need to buy another pair to wear around other people who might not appreciate the slight aroma of manure. I hope Ariat keeps offering and growing their selection of wide boots. So few companies offer them.

Good Work BootI work on a horse farm and wear these boots at least 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. My feet and back are never sore after a day of work. Ihave gone through3 pairs of theregular terrains and finallytrieda pair of H2O. The regular boots only lasted 2-3 months, and I finally blew out this pair at 5 months. My only complaint is that the leather seperates from the rubber and continues to rip. The rubber on the heel also shreds pretty quickly from the horses stepping on them all day. I wish I could get more months out of these boots before they finally give out.

Really comfortable but falling apart after 4 monthI work on a horse farm and was wanting a good boot for everyday wear. Something waterproof, comfortable and durable. I thought Ariat would be the best because in the past I have well loved western boots that lasted forever. Well after only 4 months of everyday use they’re cracking on the sides, the sole is coming apart and are no longer waterproof. If I’m spending this kind of money on any boot I expect better quality from such well respected equine brand. It seems the quality has gone downhill.

LOVE These Boots! This is my third pair of these exact boots because I love them so much. Each previous pair has taken me through 12 years of walking/hiking in rain, snow, ice, and mud, on rough terrain and asphalt. They have held up incredibly well and have kept my feet dry and warm. So why did I need three pair? The first pair went to my sister, after she borrowed them to hike the Appalachian Trail and did not want to give them back. The second pair were enjoyed by a couple of puppies who found the cubby in the mud room. So, a third pair (this time a different color) have arrived and I could not be more pleased. Do not change this style or construction - EVER!

Another Great Ariat Shoe!!Over 8 years ago, I bought a pair of Ariat clogs. I wore them a LOT and they're still in great shape. I recently got this pair, knowing they'd lastforever.Right out of thebox, they're very comfortable. Theconstruction is solid and they feel wonderful. I have wide feet and the medium width fits me well. I got a larger size to accomodate thick socks, but I'd say the fit is pretty true to size. I haven't worn them in severe weather yet, but I know they'll keep my feet warm, dry and comfortable. I've already worm them hiking and they were super-comfy! Thanks for making such great shoes!

Terrain h20 bootsPurchased these in 1996. They have been in the canyon, to the top of Half Dome, parts of the AT, up to Canada canoeing many times. They are still waterproof and soles have not cracked or separated. Time to buy a new pair because there isn't much cushion left inside and my feet are old. Best boots ever.
