Rated 5 out of 5 by from Burly piece of gear that performed when needed This big Agnes mat not only kept me warm on a cold fire detail in Glacier NP this summer, it helped get my boyfriend to safety when a tree fell on our tent while camping in the Linville gorge area, so YES I absolutely recommend it. We used the air core as a gurney dragging him over rocks and logs and used trekking poles slid underneath the mat to lift him into the vehicle. It held up when we needed it to and didn't even leak!! (We escaped with some fractures but were extremely lucky, beware scarlet oaks with heart rot and high winds) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable I bought this pad for comfort and warmth. I have tried it out and my tent was set up on a slight hill. My bag slide off of it. I am going to try some non-slip material to try to address this issue.Over all I think this will work well for me. I am waiting for a chance to test it in colder weather to see if it will help keep me warm. My guess is that it will because when I lay on it without the sleeping bag I can feel heat collecting under me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaky. Dont buy. I bought tis one year ago and after a few nights on it it developed a slow leak that I cant localize even when put under water. Its also fraying on the seam edges. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from That little extra space I just got back from a cold and rainy trip to the BWCAW. This sleeping pad was one of the little comforts that helped make the trip a winner. I’m a tall wide guy and my old 72x20 had my elbows hanging over the sides. This pad is 72x25 making it worth ever penny. It was easy to inflate and deflate with BAs new value system. The outside air channels being a little larger is a nice touch. A great air pad overall. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Avoid The product is great for car camping as it’s too heavy for backpacking. This product leaks air from a hole that is impossible to locate the leak. I goto bed on a full mattress and wake up feeling the rocks and what not. I’m better off collecting twigs and leaves creating a natural sleeping pad because this thing isn’t that reliable. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits tall people I'm 6'5 263lbs so shopping for gear that fits is always a challenge. My feet just barley hang off the edge, not an issue. I've read other reviews that it is noisy and to sleep on. I had no such issue's in fact i tried to make it sound off and could not. I paired this pad with a Big Agnes Lost Ranger. Hit a homerun with this pad!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable I haven’t had it in very cold conditions yet, but it is very comfortable and quiet. The quality appears good. It’s a little time consuming to fill compared to the ones that fill themselves, especially at altitude, but worth it for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight, packs well, and comfortable. I haven't used it on the trail yet, but all is well after unboxing and a test inflate. This is the first backpack mat I've used that I can lay on in comfort. Huge upgrade from the old pancake style foam mat. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
