The Big Agnes Insulated Q Core Deluxe Sleeping Pad is a 3 season pad for a warm, comfortable sleep through the night. Backpacking trips deserve a solid sleep and this 3.5" thick pack will keep you off the cold ground and puts air as well as PrimaLoft Silver insulation between. The outer chambers are larger to cradle your body and the R-value is rated at 4.3 by a third-party. Save your lungs after a strenuous hike by inflating using the included Pad Inflation Sack that has been upcycled from excess pad materials in the factory.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can not say enough. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A pad is not a pad, a blanket won’t cut it, sand sounds soft, but it isn’t. I’ve tried everything, from other pads, to the more primitive, I’ve never truly had a solid nights sleep while camping. This long, wide, insulated master designed pad has truly been a gamer changer. Let’s face it, while we’re out roughing it, a solid, cozy, long nights sleep really isn’t really required, but wow, it makes for an incredibly better trip. And the for the comfort it provides, the packed size is impressive as is the new big Agnes inflate chamber, super effective! Love this combo!

Most comfortable pad in the history of…history. Just wow. As a side sleeper I toss and turn all night. With this, I can sleep in a mummy bag and barely move for 6 plus hours. It’s amazing. 2. I wouldn’t be mad if it had a little more insulation, but everything is a trade off. If I were going to be in the low teens or around zero I would take a pad with a higher R value. 3. The fact that they make a wide version without it being extra long is fantastic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic sleeping pad [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used this on a 6 day camping trip. We moved each night. This pad was fantastic. I am 6'1" 200lbs bought the Delux, XL full size option, and there was plenty of room. It packs down compact very easily.. There were a few nights where there ended up being rocks under my back, but once settled, i never felt them, even on my side. I used the inflation bag once to try it. it took about 15 20 cycles to fill the bag. it worked better than your lungs, is about all i can say. I purchased a cheap light weight inflation pump online and it takes 30 seconds to inflate. the quality and comfort is fantastic. I didn't like spending the cash, but a good night sleep paid off quickly.

I am 6ft 175lbs. I am not a huge guy but I like my space when I sleep so I can spread my arms a little. (I didn't buy a mummy sleeping bag either) I have been backpacking with my family 3 times now and this sleeping pad has been wonderful. Firm and comfortable. Lightweight and packable. I also bought one for my wife and she loves it too. Another great plus is that it's not loud when I move around. You can buy this Q core deluxe with great confidence.

Slept great both nights on my side back and stomach. Have t tried it in a hammock yet but I’m confident it will preform well. Would suggest the pump house to blow it up.

No more crinkles, and quilted top make this mattress very comfortable. Seems sturdy, but can’t say I’ve used it enough to comment on durability. Also happy that it came with its own compatible inflation bag. Overall, happy with the purchase!
