[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got back from Colorado where I took the Skyline Chair with me on several hikes and extended overnight backpacking trips. It was hardly noticed in my pack but at camp it was a true luxury to sit in comfort off the wet ground or hard bear canister. Sturdy design will last for years. Definitely a permanent part of my pack. Thanks Big Agnes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ellie from Loving our “Great” Agnes [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big Agnes replaced another similar chair however, Agnes is much quicker to assemble, easier to slip into its bag without legs flopping all over, I can assemble it myself without fighting to get the final rod into its pocket, and it has a more compact shape for storage. I love everything about this chair…and it’s really comfortable too. Thankfully another camper stopped by to compare his Big Agnes to our other brand. The result was we later switched from our more expensive chair to Big Agnes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jtor from Lightweight, durable chair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd been meaning to buy a chair like this since I have back pain and sitting on the ground is not as friendly as it once was. I was deciding between a few and landed on this one because it's a wider bucket style chair, with a bit of a higher back than others, but still low to the ground. I chose the yellow color in case the black held onto heat in the sun. I set it up in my living room once to be sure it was straightforward and it definitely was. I'm a petite woman and didn't feel like I broke a sweat with this one. It's super lightweight and easy to assemble. Only con I can think of is that if you're on the larger size it may be a bit small for you. But I'm 5'4" 115 lbs and had pleeenty of room.

Sitting in one of these guys after hiking all day is so nice.....great back support, easy to get up, and not too heavy. They snap together in a jiffy and fit in a neat little bag.

This chair sits inches higher which makes getting in and out of it much easier that one that only sits 7 or 8 inches off the ground. It also feels more stable for my husband's heavier frame and doesn't always feel as if you could fall backwards. It goes together and comes apart easily, very good quality materials, and feels as though it will last a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by underpickled from Light and compact enough for almost everything [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair packs down very compactly and is impressively comfortable and sturdy. There's a little assembly required, but it's really quite easy. I do wish it were a tad lighter for more weight sensitive applications, but I'd probably still try to take it backpacking or bikepacking if I had room. Certainly those extra ounces are the tradeoff for durability and comfort, which is the whole point of bringing it along.
