Rated 5 out of 5 by from Forest Preschool must have Purchased these for my 4 year old son to wear for his forest prechool this winter. We aren't into the bitter cold yet (hasn't been below teens/20F yet) but so far so good! He wants to wear them everywhere, so that tells me they are comfortable. I've only felt the inside wet once or twice when he's waded onto streams with high water that came in over the top. Most days when I pick him up he is covered head to toe in mud and I strip off the rainsuit and boots, he's completely clean underneath - including dry feet! He also runs, scrambles up rocks and trees in these boots so flexible enough for play. Will definitely purchase again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these boots but always wear through the lining I have purchased a pair of these boots every year for my kid for the past 3 years. We live in the PNW so we get lots of rain. These are comfortable and warm and totally waterproof. My kid has bunions on both feet and they have never complained about pain after wearing these boots all day at school. My only complaint is that they start to break down less than a year after purchase so we can't donate them after they outgrow them. My kid wears through the liner in the back of the heel of each boot. Wish we could replace the liner or get a patch.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from declining quality I order Bogs boots for a small school. Over the years I have seen a decline in quality and workmanship. The children love the boots and they keep their feet dry and warm. But the inner liner is wearing too fast and there is a seam in the heel cup that makes them uncomfortable to wear one the liner has torn. On the upside Bogs has been an amazing company to deal with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Weatherproof boot ever My kids like to test the limits of their clothes and these boots are indestructible! We use these boots in ocean water, mud, snow, basic rainy days - everything. Their feet always stay warm and dry and comfortable. The parent bonus is the pull on style - I'm never asked to help. That alone is a purchasing motivator. We've been wearing BOGS for years and recommend them to everyone. The best money you could ever spend on your kids wardrobe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome winter boot I bought Bogs for my sons (10, 12) this year because the brand I had been buying them for the last 7 years barely makes it through one winter with the level of play they do now. We live where there is snow on ground from Thanksgiving into April and my kids are outside for hours many days during the week. The boys love how the Bogs feel on their feet and often put them on when we're just running out to dinner, etc. They have been well tested in the snow already and feet have stayed dry and warm. They seem like they will hold up better because the material is much thicker and there are no fabric seams.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Contains latex, but great boots My son has a latex allergy and I did not even think to ask if these contained latex. They do, as evidenced by his red and swollen feet when he doesn't wear thick enough socks. These are the first boots he has worn that he hasn't been able to destroy and he hasn't complained of cold feet once this winter. I wish they advertized the latex contents and offered a latex free version. If they had I would give 5 stars. If your kid doesn't have a latex allergy, get these boots!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Boot! We purchased these boots for our two year old son. We ordered a size up and they seem roomy but just right for a wool sock. They are very cute and easy to get on and off. Sometimes they fall off but he's a wiggly little boy so it's understandable. I'm overall impressed with the boot. The only con is the temperature rating of -30. We live in Michigan and after playing outside (with wool socks too) his feet still seem a little chilly. We rarely go outside below 20 degrees so I know we are definitely above the rating. I'm not sure if it a boot issue or if he is just prone to chilly toes. His feet do stay dry though. We had issues with baby bogs and wet feet, but the company remedied the issue with new boots. I plan to continue to buy bogs in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love bogs for all weather! I run a nature preschool in Minnesota and the children in our program all wear BOGS. They are one piece, easy off and on, and always keep their feet warm and dry. Would recommend for all ages!

NOTES
If you generally wear a half size shoe or boot, Bogs recommends sizing up to the next full size.

Bogs are built on a European last which is contoured to the foot for better comfort

Beginning with a roomy toe box, a European last is wider through the forefoot, supportive in the arch, and narrows in the heel.

A European last accommodates a greater range of widths and lengths, superseding the need for half sizes and widths.

Because of different measurement systems, there is no exact conversion between the various international shoe sizes, so be aware that sizes in one system can fall between sizes in another.

The size conversions provided by Bogs represent an approximate conversion.
