I used to love these before they changed the designI have had two pairs of the Snowday-style boots in the past and loved them because they were lightweight but warm. They were also versatile because they could be worn anywhere. My last pair got worn out, so I ordered the new ones with the side zipper. Ironically they are much harder to put on than the old version, even though the zipper is presumably meant to facilitate this. I have large feet with a high instep, so maybe this isn't a problem for most customers. I have a pair of the Bogs Arcata snow boots which are great, but they are a little clunky and heavy so don't look good with dressier clothes.

zipPer catchesThey are cute and fit true to size. My main complaint is the zipper catches on both boots about 3/4 of the way down. You need to play with it to get it up/down.

Bogs deliversOK so actually my first time out i got the wrong size. I was basing my size on my prior purchase which was a pair of rain boots. But I could tell but trying on the shoe it was going to be awesome, like all of BOGS products. Bottom line, they deliver. They're waterproof and a prior purchase (my rain boots) I actually have worn through much of the winter when it was sloppy out and they were warm, comfortable and snow, mud and rain was no match for my BOGS. Bog's customer service is also extremely awesome. During this pandemic; while I'm waiting for my replacement; the gentlemen who helped me told me shipping times were way slowed down; but that didn't stop him from shipping out my replacement ASAP. Thanks customer service! What a pleasure

Wish they made 1/2 sizesJust got these in mail today. I usually wear a 7.5 and ordered up to an 8. The small arch inside fits my foot perfectly but they are a very loose fit. I don't think I could size down due to my foot length. They are not by any means snug. The boot is not "structured" per se but very comfortable for my flat feet. I was looking for a practical everyday boot to run around town in that wasn't so bulky.

Love LoveI already have the snow day in mid high loved them so much bought these and the tall. I now am ready for 1" to 1' to 3 ft.of snow after that I stay indoors.They are so comfy easy to walk in,light weight,toasty and true to size.I were 8 1/2 wide or reg.9 these were 9 enough room for med. weight wool sock,really don't need more than that. Bought my first pair at local store where salesperson said she wears hers in the river fishing and they keep her dry.
