Rated 3 out of 5 by from Screws strip easily, and top attachment interferes I just received and installed these. In general they are useful, but there a few drawbacks. First, the screws are cheap and strip easily. Second, the nuts fit inside a plastic pocket on the bracket, which is supposed to hold the nut in place while you turn the screw. That plastic pocket is not molded solidly, so the nut rotates as you turn the screw. For some reason this only occurred with the nuts that attach the guard flaps, rather than the nuts that attach around the frame. Finally, the top bracket attaches just above where the lower bag clips in, and that makes it a little difficult for that bag clip to remain attached (see photo).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They do what’s needed. I toured for 2 weeks without them after first purchasing the Travoy and was constantantly adjusting gear that wanted to migrate towards the wheels. With the guards no adjustment has been needed on any ride. I even take the trashcan to the curb without having to strap it down now.
