Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great bag and Water Pouch I try a different Hydro pouch before coming back to CamelBak. I used this company Products in the Marine Corps and didn't have any problems. I Tried a cheaper brand and man did it disappoint me. While riding my Motorcycle it leaked Bad and made me go get the Rogue. I have been Pleased, it's comfort is great with the added storage. I put my Meds /1st aid items in top pouch and mini survival kit in the lower pouch. I seen where someone stated no room for a iPhone, But my iPhone 7 in a Pelican Waterproof case fits find. Also as I ride my moto, I don't get a wet spot on my lower back like the cheaper Hydro brand! Semper Fi

Rated 2 out of 5 by from changes not necessary totally agree with Kyle: For one, the bottom pocket has been made smaller. The net inside the pocket was previously one net, and could be used to keep a cellphone or wallet secure. Now the two separate pockets are both too small to fit an iPhone or wallet, and have been made all but useless. What were they thinking??

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cannot sip water when used on my cyclocross Bought this as this has more storage space than classic, but smaller than rachet or lobo. Havnt used yet on my fullsus.. but when i use this on my cx, where i keep my position on the hoods most of the time. Most of the time i have to stop to fix the water bladder as most of the time the bottom of the bladder became squeezed, blocking the water port. That sucks, my dueter 30L super bike ex doesnt have this problem. Though i bought this for short trail ride, i want something lighter and more low profile than my dueter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice bag for a half-day outing This was my intro to CamelBak. My husband has a decade-old daypack that I’ve never used, and he recently bought this pack. I took it out today for a trip to the county fair with our 4 year old. It was plenty of water for the 3 hours we were there. It did take a little effort to get the full bladder into the bag, but again, my first time using a hydration pack. I put a small first aid kit in the lower pocket with a few packs of individual wrapped hand wipes. In the top, I had a small container of almonds, and pack of cookies, and my external battery pack/phone cord. If I didn’t have the stroller with me to carry an change of clothes, and a pocket for my phone, I’d definitely want a larger pack.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Bladder especially cleaning Bought mines at a online bike shop. Been using for about 6 months been cleaning it after use. After about 2 weeks areas where its hard to clean begins to build mold i tried to remove tube to clean other end, couldn't remove unless used extreme force. After cleaning I intended to use it the next day when it started to leak out so to same me some time i just got rid of it and will buy an knock off brand that will work way better the bladder it came with it. The backpack is great but the bladder is just to lame to put back and clean overall i give it a 1 star.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Camelback Why so bad quality??????? I can sum it up with a few words, low QUALITY, Bad DESIGN! Low quality design, no plastic clip to hold drink hose, cannot get bladder cap to seal leaks all over me. Just low quality. Cannot get replacement bladder on here they do not sale 85 oz replacements broke the cap trying to get it to seal

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Fit But No Space At first glance it may seem that it has much room for snack and extra clothes ect. but after looking at the pockets more thoroughly it was clear that the 5L bag size was a misleading statement. The largest compartment is completely taken up by the bladder and the “Tool” compartment could fit maybe a few granola bars. The largest storage space that isn’t taken up my water storage is in between the tool holder and the main pocket exposing it to the elements and making it nothing more that a space to put rain gear or waterproofed lunches in case it rains. Even though there are many flaws I would recamend this pack to some one just needing it for a days hick or a bike trip. The price is a little steep but with big name brands like Camelbak that’s what to expect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from "Updates" are poor Bought a new Rogue to replace my old Rogue and the bladder is much harder to put into the bag. (the access hole is kind of small) The lack of a strap and buckle holding the bladder flap down really kills the pack. I used to regularly put a shirt under the strap and it would stay all day. No chance now!

CamelBak Men's Packs

CamelBak backpacks are designed and built to fit an array of body types and sizes. Adjustable should straps make their backpacks suitable for a torso size range, and that info can be found in the PRODUCT FEATURES and / or SPECIFICATIONS. You can use the steps below to determine your torso size.

CamelBak hipbelts are adjustable to accommodate most any wearer.

1. Put your chin to your chest and feel for the big bone protruding on your neck at the top of your spine. That's the C7 vertebra.

2. Feel your hip bone, the top part of this is your iliac crest. Find the spot on your back that is level with the top of this crest.

3. Have someone measure the distance between these two points, following the contours of your spine.
