Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a good fit for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally wear size 8, and that's what I ordered. Unfortunately they were too long, and a size smaller would be too tight, width wise. It's too bad because they had a very high arch support, which is something I need! Note that the leather scuffs and scratches very easily (you can even see it in the product photos), but that's to be expected with real leather, IMO.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Size down if you have “low volume” feet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are beautiful and comfy but it took me a couple tries to get the size right. I’m generally a 10 but the size 9 fit me perfectly and I also had to add a couple more holes to fit the fastener tighter. I think these shoes were maybe designed for people with higher volume (beefier) feet.
