Product Reviews
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Total Warmth in Light Weight [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an extremely light weight and exceptionally warm down fill jacket. Used it for several weeks in Aspen & Steamboat, with temperatures down to (-10) and never was cold. Jacket fit to size (L) is what I wore, and I wear a Size 42 sport blazer. Ample arm length, I have (34-35) size arms and it has a nice elastic cuff. It zips up around your neck without squeezing it (I have a 16-17 size neck) and the jacket is as light as a feather and packs up into one of the pockets if you want to condense it down. Its a microtherm type jacket that is a real winner!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Extremely lightweight but lacks a few key features [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was eager with anticipation to get this jacket as it's gotten colder on the east coast and I felt this could be my stand alone, go to jacket. And while it is very warm and lightweight I was quite surprised that the hand pockets were not lined with fleece nor was there a zippered chest pocket on the inside - two things that I feel are a must for an every day winter coat. The 3D Omni-Heat is very warm but is quite noisy while moving. If can get past those little things, you may love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely light - only suitable for under layer use Despite its description “A versatile full-zip puffy jacket built for serious warmth on its own or as a powerful mid layer” this can only be used as a mid layer due to how light it is. The description claims this product to have 800-fill power down insulation but it seems a lot less than that when comparing to similar products I have that are 700 and 600 fill. Additionally, the inside of the pockets has the thermal-reflective lining making the touch with the hands extremely rough and uncomfortable. All in all, pretty disappointed and will go ahead and return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unmatched performance in extreme conditions [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've lived in places with extreme winters for most of my life. I learn pretty quickly when winter gear doesn't cut it. The alpha trail jacket is the best gear I've ever had. As a top layer it keeps me comfortable down into the 20's Fahrenheit. As a mid layer, I haven't found a temperature where the cold got to me. It only gets to around -20 F here usually. It doesn't bake me though. I find it to be comfortable up into the 50's F. It regulates temperature well. It also stops wind dead. Everything is the highest in quality in construction and everything is well thought out. The side pockets are behind the down, so you will be able to keep your hands warm if you don't have gloves. Down leak has been very minimal, even in heavy physical use. Finally, it just looks great. I would recommend this to everyone that is in or is going to be in very cold places. This is pro level gear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Jacket! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket has exceeded my expectations. It fit as I had hoped and was plenty warm wearing for the first time in 30degree, windy weather. The inside material and feel takes a little to get used to but does the job. The product arrived in proper packaging on time. I have had very good experiences with this brand and their customer experience team.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and Very Lightweight [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I am enjoying this jacket very much. The jacket is very warm, light weight and also astetically pleasing. I have gotten a few compliments while wearing it already. This makes it a pleasure to wear. I have used it down to about 20°F and it has kept me warm. However, this should not be intended as a deep winter jacket if you live in a region where the climate goes below zero. The two minor gripes I have are that it does leak feathers on occasion and the pockets are not lined with a plush fleece like the other Titanium products are. This is because of the fact that it is packable, meaning you can fold the entire jacket into itself for travel. Overall, I would recommend this jacket and and pleased with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very thin and still very warm [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t like heavy coats. This one is very thin, light and still very warm, it’s amazing how much!!!! Great coat

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty Well made and good looking, plenty warm. Snug fit, a bit tight around chest/ armpits for me, so if your not thin consider sizing up. Very happy overall.
