Rated 5 out of 5 by from We own multiples of these! This dark blue is by far the prettiest. My husband and I are tall and love the extra length of the tall products. As a woman, I wear a men's tall so I can wear them with leggings. I'm only 5'7" but mainly leg- the shirt covers my backside. I wear a ladies 12 and men's L Tall so it will be roomy. Here in South Alabama these shirts are all the rage - lots of collegiate ones too. It's because the shirts stay cool, as possible, in the heat and humidity. The shirts do not absorb the wet heat. We have other types too that wick away the moisture. Since they are 100% cotton they cannot be placed in the dryer and do require touch up ironing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Men’s Bahama™ II Short Sleeve Shirt When I first put this shirt on I loved it and it looked great, it was big and a little long but these fishing style shirts by Columbia have all been pretty large and then I washed it...I followed the instructions and it was so wrinkled I couldn't believe it...very hard to iron if you were to try. If you were to dry clean they will always look super but I thought they would be easier to care for. I had hoped they would be simple wash and wear and look great..not really the case. This shirt has a lot of velcro and if it snags the inside white mesh it leaves very noticable snags...it is not noticable when worn but kind of a bummer to see on the first wash.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened! I have worn Columbia Bonehead shirts for the past ten years. They've always been my go to shirt, yes they use to run a little big but I liked that. I'm a 3xl and the 2xl used to fit perfect I had both sizes the 3x for work so I had a little more room and 2x for good. About 3 years ago there was a design change thinner material and true to size kinda sucked, but I didn't mind. Now with this newest change I've noticed even thinner material, smaller sizes now I need a 4x "even though I've lost weight", and the quality has went down hill. PLEASE BRING MY FAVORITE SHIRT BACK!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shirts for the Southeast Thank you for your great products. Most work days are 2 shirt days with an occasional 3 shirt day, one shirt to wear and one to drive home in. These shirts are easy to wash and hold colors very well. Some of my 30 plus shirts are over 4 years old and are still in good shape, no ripped seams or lost buttons. It is hot and humid in Savannah and these shirts help with mosquitos, biting deer flys and gnats. They are also very quick drying. I used to wear T-shirts but your shirts hold up much better and are very cost effective. The pockets are a BIG plus. Glasses, Laser pointer, field guide, phone all go in my shirt pockets when I take groups out on "The Trail". Thanks Again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from anothe great Mother Gert product a great shirt for a big guy, much more accurate sizing than some of the store brands you find at xxxx's and xxxx . The pocket design is also fantastic. I prefer the all cotton shirts as they are much cooler in a hot climate. The larger sizes (4x and 5x) are also hard to find in the market place especially the non-traditional colors. I also wear a columbia 4 in 1 gortex hunting coat and upland jacket but once again finding a new one is like finding a needle in a haystack. Big guys are as cost consious as the next but we really dont care what it costs IF WE CAN FIND IT AND IT WEARS WELL as this stuff is fantastic. Mother Gert makes a great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My local lodge is in love [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My lodge was in talks of getting some new shirts for the summer months and I recommend the Columbia bone head. We voted and ordered the shirts, 8 in the first order and 4 following shirts in the second order. The absolutely loved the shirts before and after we got them embroidered. We wore them to an event last weekend and instantly became the eye catchers of fashion. Since the event I have been asked to order other shirts from Columbia for another lodges summer attire. I must say I am pleased with the overall quality and function of this shirt. We will certainly be getting more soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just a tad too big The men's bonehead short sleeve shirt is a solid shirt overall. With some minor adjustments it very well could be excellent. My only complaints with the shirt are that it fits larger than what it is sized, specifically in length, and the breathable shoulder flaps on the back seem to catch on anything above waist height, creating a risk of rips and tears. So, Columbia, my suggestions would be to shorten up the length of the shirts, and to decrease the size of the shoulder flaps by raising the bottom of the opening, thereby reducing the risk of rips and tears. Other than that the shirt is well constructed, and breathes very well. The high quality fabric and stitching should last me a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Ultimate Shirt [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shirts are multi functional. Cool, protect from the sun, and have features for fishing in streams, on piers, or boats. Pockets have Velcro closures. there's a Velcro tab to hold your rod when rigging. Thread reinforced holes for running leader material through, no more tangled messes. Pockets large enough for glasses and phones. and a pen pocket. I wear mine when not fishing, I keep my credit cards, driver license, medical cards etc in the small pockets. I get compliments on how nice they look and the handy pockets for glasses and phones. So buy the best from the best!
