Product Reviews
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this jacket [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this fits so nice. I like the design of the back on this. If you have back fat, like I do, this covers it so nicely! I am plus size (175lbs) and shop at plus size stores SO with that being said. You can buy your size and there is a little extra room. I bought a 1x and there is plenty of room to wear a sweater underneath. This jacket does not have a lining. I wore it in the rain and I was fine. Have I been in a down pour yet? Nope but im sure I'll stay dry. I'm from the Midwest so we get crazy weather. I prefer my jacket to have a small lining in case its cold and raining but I still like wearing it. Hope this helps!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just a light raincoat This was my first purchase from Columbia. As a plus sized woman, it's often difficult to find quality clothes that fit in a flattering way and I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the selection in my size. For the price, I assumed this jacket would be more substantial but it's a very light layer so be expected to pair it with multiple layers underneath for warmth. I wish Columbia would feature more pictures of their products or of models wearing the clothes, especially since I can only order online. I ordered the light elk color which is really pretty so I decided to keep it but will need to purchase a warmer rain jacket elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great jacket! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this jacket a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I have been looking for a nice spring rain jacket for the longest time and I finally stumbled upon this one and so glad that I did! I am 5'6" 120 lbs and I purchased the small. It fits me PERFECT. I was hesitant on whether to buy the small or medium, but I am glad I went with the small. It protects against the wind, rain, and looks really nice on. I definitely recommend this jacket!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because I am a size 22W, I struggle with anything fitting. Columbia 2X is too small and 3X too large. Because this jacket ran a little big it fit perfectly at a 2X. If you are a 20W you may get to go to a 1X. Great price too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Jacket [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full range of motion and the sleeves are full enough to allow for heavier under layers to make this jacket perfect for early and late winter. No velcro on the cuff to catch on your sweaters either. Best of all, it is not noisy. It sheds light to moderate rain well, although not my choice for an extended down pour. Great fit that is still comfortable and gorgeous blue (nocturnal).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Actually, I wanted this Jacket in Pond color. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] however i got black in size 1x. I normally wear a 2x. I’m 5’9 240lbs Larger size L cup chest so... this jacket was stylish to pair with rain boots and jeggs ! Comfortable while sitting on train or subway commutes. The only thing is the waist chinch string doesn’t really chinch it just draws the jacket closed enough to wear unzipped. The side pockets was a surprise to me. I only discovered that when i was examining the jacket.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the jacket, hate the pockets [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this jacket May 2019. I wear it often and it’s still in great shape, even after several washes. I like the cinch-in waist option, the zipper works well, I like the slightly dropped hem in back. I even like the smocked cuffs at the wrist, which I hadn’t cared for in the photos online. The sleeves could be a bit shorter but the cuffs keep them from slipping down over my hands. I’ve worn it often in light rain and it holds up pretty well. My big gripe is the pockets. They look baggy with even the lightest key chain or mobile phone in them. I don’t think anyone tested them with anything inside because the snap doesn’t keep the top closed properly and even the slightest drizzle gets into the openings at the top. They look saggy too, even with nothing inside, which isn’t a great look. Also, the side pocket entry is too far toward the back of the jacket and I want to pull my arms forward when my hands are in the pockets. If Columbia would redesign the pockets, this jacket would be pretty much perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Jacket! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easily layered, and perfectly constructed. The functionality of this jacket is fantastic! Multiple exterior pockets (4) with adequate space for carrying large items, as needed. Love that the cinch is customizable to your liking, as well as the vent feature of the upper back panel. The hood is nicely sized and provides a brim to deter the rain. Color is unique and can be used in any season. This fits true to size, I am 5'4" 135# and the medium fit wonderfully (usually buy Columbia's mediums). Looking forward to a seasonal wind and rain jacket. Will be able to layer in fall/winter by letting out the cinch some. This jacket is beautifully made with great lines. Glad I bought it and looking forward to sporting it!
