Columbia Omni-Heat Reflective

Columbia Omni-Heat Reflective
Columbia Omni-Heat Reflective is a technical fabric used to regulate temperature. When you see tiny silver dots lining your outer wear, think reflection because that's just what they're there for. They reflect your very own body heat back at you, retaining the warmth you're already generating. It is also breathable, so you won't overheat at the same time as well as wicks moisture away from the body to keep you dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for fall and early winter [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a cold, ski town and own a heavy, parka-style coat from Columbia that I love. However, I needed a jacket that was a little lighter to wear in the fall before the weather reaches below freezing. This jacket is perfect and so lightweight! I ordered a size M originally, but the bust was a little tighter than was comfortable. I returned the M and ordered a L instead and it is very comfortable and easy to layer over a hoodie or sweater. I definitely recommend this product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too Small I read the reviews. Almost all of them. They all said it ran a bit small but that the sleeves were long.... I didn't listen. I ordered a Medium and should've gone for a Large. For reference I am 5'5" and weigh about 130lbs. Medium is my usual size on most things I order. That's what I ordered. I should've listened to what everyone had said. Its a good jacket, but it's just very tight on my hips and shoulders. I will be returning for a Large. I genuinely like this jacket.. probably not for cold cold weather, but for right now in the fall its very warm and keeps me dry. Another disadvantage, the hood is pretty big on me and keep slipping over my eyes when I have it on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great everyday coat [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the length of this coat - it's just a tad longer than most so my longer sweaters don't hang out the bottom but still short enough to be comfortable when sitting. It's the perfect weight for the winter days when I don't need a really heavy coat (40 -50 degrees) and packs small! The only reason I didn't put excellent for quality is that I've noticed if I don't line the zipper up perfectly at the bottom, it will still zip up but then the zipper pulls apart so I have to unzip and start over. A minor inconvenience now that I realize what was happening but makes it not perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Hooded Jacket [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has a Omni-Heat jacket from Columbia and loves it, so I decided to try one. Wish I would have had one a long time ago. I wore this jacket in 28 degree weather with 35-40 mph winds and felt nothing where I was covered with the jacket. I normally wear a large, but with other reviews, I ordered a XL instead. Only place it's excessive is the length of the sleeves. I will take that because usually sleeves are short on me. I got the Nocturnal Rain Dots and love the color and fun zipper color. I love the spacious hood and neck when you zip it all the way. Doesn't scrunch your hair like some hoods do. Love love this jacket!! 5'5" and 150 lbs

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice Jacket I really like this jacket and used other reviews to determine if it would be warm enough for a trip to Norway where temperatures will be between 30F and 50F. I originally purchased the Small in the Dark Plum Star and loved the fabric. While the Small fit (I'm 5'8", 130 lbs, small build) I would not be able to layer underneath. Additionally, as others have said, the armholes are snug. So I returned the Small and ordered a Medium. It is great! The jacket is very light and although it is puffy, it has a nice fit and won't make you look like a stuffed sausage as some other puffer jacket do. The 4 star overall rating is because it does run a little small.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice jacket but runs small The first time, I saw this jacket and I knew that I like it and wants to buy it because I like the color and because I have had great experience with Columbia jackets. This jacket runs Very small! I am typically a small, but sometimes would buy a medium depends. With this jacket, I ended up getting a large and it fits good. I can definitely say that the brand has definitely changed and NOT a good changed! The sizes are runs much smaller than before, the logo is now in the upper right corner of the arm and barely visible, and not as warm as before and due to the size changed , Not as comfortable as before. Although, I am still a loyal customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and Comfortable [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Columbia jacket, and I am pleased with my purchase. I hate wearing coats, and I hate being cold! This coat provides the warmth without the bulk. The sleeves have elastic at the cuffs, which is a must for those of us with smaller frames, short arm length, and vertical challenged. It’s one of the few coats I’ve owned where I don’t feel like I am being eaten by the coat. The small is a bit roomy on me, but allows me to wear a sweater underneath without being too tight. I use the coat daily, but have not tested it while doing winter sports, only while target shooting in the snow. I am hoping it lasts for years!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new fave coat! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coat is perfect! Originally I ordered a small and it was too big so I had to return it for the extra small. The return process was seriously such a breeze and so simple and I received the right size in no time! Once I got the extra small it fit perfectly and it keeps me so unbelievably warm. It's cute and stylish while still being warm and cozy. I love how it is form fitting to my body. I loved it so much I ordered two of them. I got the Nori and the Black. The Nori is a little darker than what's pictured but not by much. The color is still accurate and I absolutely love both of them. I HIGHLY recommend.
