Rated 5 out of 5 by Pkl from Wonderful lightweight jacket! Love this jacket! It’s very lightweight, has a perfect length and a nice shape that’s just fitted enough in the back to not look boxy. The lining is very thin which is what I wanted, as I will wear it year-round and didn’t want it too warm. In a light drizzle, it kept me dry, but in a downpour, my shoulders got a little wet. But I get wet in my really expensive gore-tex jackets too, so it’s not a problem for me. I normally wear a medium but got a large, and the size is just right. I got the light Cirrus Gray color for visibility, so I will wear it walking the dog when it’s dark, even if it’s not raining! It’s very packable too so it will be great for travel.

This has become one of my favorite jackets. It’s lightweight yet warm. If I put a fleece under it, it’s very warm. In Colorado, we have all four seasons in one day sometimes. On a cold day, this paired with a fleece is perfect. On a rainy spring day, this by itself can keep you warm and dry. On a cool summer night, this jacket would be absolutely perfect worn over a t shirt. This jacket will be one of my go-to items when I need something lightweight. I can definitely see myself leaving this in my car this summer as a backup jacket!

This jacket is the perfect addition to my collection. The length is perfect, mid calf. I do order a size up, as I always wear layers. Sizing up allows me to have room and still be comfy. There are elastic drawstrings at the bottom to tighten it. The inside is a fleece material, for me it’s a little rough. I’m hoping with a wash and wear it’ll soften up. The actual function of the jacket is perfect, I stayed dry and warm on a cold, rainy, windy morning. The online picture does look a little darker then the actual product.

The material feels sturdy but lightweight and the zipper works well. The other plus is that it is long enough to cover my bottom. Its lightly lined but I was still surprised how warm it kept me in 40 degree weather! I’ve only worn it once in a light to moderate rain but it kept me dry and toasty! It does run a tad small in the waist area but that could just be my preference. I’m 5’2” and 150lbs, I normally wear a medium but ordered this in a large so I could layer and that worked out perfect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dee from Wrong size I ordered online and purchased the same size coats I currently own. However, it needed to be next size up. I could have exchanged for the next size up, but I wanted to try on the coat to make sure. I had to drive 30 minutes to another town for the nearest store. They did not have the same coat in store so and I purchased another coat at twice the price since they didn't have any comparable. I like the one I purchased in store and it will work better for my UK trip. However, Columbia coats tend to run smaller, so keep that in mind. I am a petite, pear shaped woman so it is difficult to purchase online. I am glad the store wasn't too far away.

I love this jacket because it's the perfect weight to throw on over a long-sleeved top. It blocks out the wind and rain, and yet it's super lightweight. It's the perfect travel accessory - packs away so easily. The fit is exactly right. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs and I got the Large. It fits my shoulders and hips just right without being too bulky or shapeless. I also really like the Cirrus Gray color. In some light it looks like an icy blue. Love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by DeeGA from Pretty Color and good length I purchased this for an upcoming trip to Ireland which is known to be wet on any given day. It's lightweight & comfortable and will be great for packing. The hood and longer length is also good for heavier rain. I do want it to fit over a sweater so even though I ordered a 1X which is a size up from my regular 16 I still had to exchange it and order a size up a 2X from the original one I purchased. It is a fitted style which is likely the reason I needed to order up for more room and comfort when wearing layers.

And today there was MONSOON type rain with high wind of 30mph gusting to 45. She walked approximately 2.5Mi. to get home from church. When she came in the door shedding water like a new car that had 4 coats of BluCoral wax.as she pulled back the hood ,she stated WOW! this is one good rain coat ! I am bone dry. thanks Hon. Does it have a warm lining?

Hey there, Thanks for the question. The lining is 100% Polyester and is pretty soft, however its not meant to be serious insulation. This is more of a rain/wind jacket and shouldn't be relied on as a primary source of warmth. It would however work well as a shell on top of a warmer insulating layer underneath, such as a vest or lightweight down jacket.
