Product Reviews
Rated 1 out of 5 by from False advertisement [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is not a warm jacket in any way. Every interchange 3 in 1 jacket I have ever owned or seen has a propper zip in method of combining the liner to the shell, this one does not. Its actually two seperate items matched together and calling it something it is not. As for the warmth factor, JOKE! A really poor fleece liner and what seems more like a wind breaker combined can not give enough warmth for a mild Northern New Mexico winter. This item is best for fall time with no wind or clouds. Not the Columbia quality I expected. Don't call it something it is not. Better junk at Wal-Mart for less money!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for fall or a light winter. Not a real coat [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this jacket to replace another columbia 3-in-1 when my daughter grew out of it. That was much heavier duty. This is quite lightweight. I don't want to have to buy a fall version and a winter. Also the liner does not zip into the shell to make an actual 3-in-1 jacket. It's just a shell over a fleece... I can do that myself with stand alone parts. Otherwise it's a nicely made jacket and seems like it would hold up well for fall or a light winter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Immediate Return [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. The inside layer of the red boys’ coat is pink. Our first grade son did not want to wear that to school. 2. The two layers do not zip together. Unfortunately, free returns are not part of the purchase, so we lost money on this attempt at getting a new coat for our son. Not what we expect from Columbia.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good fall jacket [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was advertised as a winter jacket, but it is definitely not made for winter. The jacket is good quality, but definitely more of a fall jacket. The interchangeable parts are not the most practical or convenient either, the inside layer always separates from the wind breaker portion when pulling arms out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a winter coat as stated. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this for my son for Michigan weather because it was in the winter coat section. It's not a winter coat. More like fall. Also I ordered the red coat and when it came the Inside insert of the coat was hot pink. It is not red.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent jacket for the PNW [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this jacket for our 9yr old son. The inside liner is the perfect light jacket for the days where it’s not wet just a little cold. The only thing I wish it did was have the zipper of the liner zip into the shell. It’s not a negative thing just something I’ve become use to I guess. The colors are true to the picture and he loves it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very thin for winter [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought for my son for winter. Not a typical Columbia theee in one. This is geared more towards fall weather. Not Northeasten winters. Nice color and quality. Very disappointed it’s not warmer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor designed winter jacket Disappointed in this jacket. The fleece gets in the way of getting the jacket on. Very poorly designed. Would not recommend.
