Product Reviews
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome and sturdy tights! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore these on a 2 day hike on the AT and I will wear them on every hike after! Super durable and held up to all elements. I was able to move freely and comfortably. I even busted butt on a slick rock and it didn’t even phase them. As for sizing, I am typically a 2-6 (6 at Lululemon) and I fit in a small perfectly. Not baggy on my knees or anywhere else. The side pockets are AMAZING for snacks on one side and your phone on the other. On the upper left hip area there is a little loop, this is perfect for clipping your gloves to your pants in the winter! The price stinks but they are so worth it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect hiking tights! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a pair of tights that would be durable, comfortable and have pockets. These far exceeded my expectations! The reinforced knee and butt areas mean I can kneel, slide, and scoot across rough surfaces without ripping my pants, the pockets fit larger items like my phone perfectly, and I found them super comfortable. They got soaked my first trek with them and also dried quickly. The Navy color doesn’t exactly hide the reinforced areas so if you want something more subtle get black or grey, but I don’t mind. I’m 5’8”, not very curvy, normally a size 6 and the M fit perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super comfortable! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tights fit perfectly and are the perfect mix of stretch and strength! I hike every summer in Alaska and used them over Memorial weekend in the Adirondaks as a trial run and am considering ordering them in another color. The lack of stretch in the durable rear panel took a little getting used to but the stretch in the rest of the tights more than makes up for it. The only think I would change is the hip pocket as it is right under my pack strap and the zipper can dig into my hip--not great placement for a "trekking" tight as trekking usually does mean a backpack!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Hiking Tights [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for myself for Christmas (don't act like you don't do that) and I am in love with them. They're a light option to hike in, but the added protection on the knees and the back means that they won't wear out nearly as fast as other tights I've used in the past. The site says that they are best for warmer weather hikes, and I agree, but I've used them in single digit weather and they've been just as great! The only downside is that they do tend to slip down a little bit while hiking. This hasn't prevented me from using them on any hikes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the quality I was looking for.. I was so excited to purchase my first Fjallraven tights because I'm a huge fan of their other products, but when these came in, I was shocked! For starters, the material was lightweight (might be good for some buyers), and it didn't form my body well. There was loose fabric around my knees and ankles. I ordered a M and I'm usually a size 6. I'm 5'7" and 140lbs. Second, the fabric was itchy. I've purchased tights before that I could have considered as my second skin. Tights should be comfy, stretchy and tight. These seemed poorly made with surprisingly cheap fabric - something very unexpected from Fjallraven. I'm super bummed they didn't work out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even better than I imagined! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE these. I hesitated because of the price, but they are wonderful and I am so glad I went for it! I was nervous about purchasing the XS, my normal size (I am 5'0" and weigh 105lbs as a reference for anyone trying to figure out their size), but they are perfect and slide right over my wool base layer. Very comfortable, high-quality tights that feel durable and allow completely free movement. I bought them for hiking and have not yet tested them, but they feel much better than my previous pants. So far it seems like these will work perfectly both in the summer and winter months. They are also incredibly flattering, for anyone who cares about that!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty Hiking Tights [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great tights for hiking and will hold up to heavy use. The only reason I gave four stars is the sizing. I tried the black in a small and they were too tights in the waist but a medium in black was sagging in the hum and lots of extra material around the knees. I got a small in the dark grey and they fit pretty normal. A little short but manageable. I also have the Abisko Trail tights and the medium in Navy fits perfect. For reference I am 5’8” and 137lbs. I’m a straight athletic build.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best adventure legging on the market. They are tough, look great, dry quickly, and can be worn days on days without loosing their shape and sagging. Greater layering piece too. I wore a base layer under the tights when in the cold. Outer pants and snowsuits slipped on and wore with ease over the tights as well. When pulling the trigger on these tights, I was concerned about sizing, as other reviews I've read about Fjallraven pants indicated that they run small. Not these tights. I recommend sizing down on these if you have a smaller waist to avoid waist gap. I also like a tighter fit with tights, so keep that in mind. I've got curves. I have a butt and full athletic thighs and calves, so I'm always concerned if tights are going to fit, stretch, not rip at the seams and not restrict movement. I don't know what magic is in this spandex, but the fit is perfection. No worries about see through fabric either. For reference: I'm 5' 8" a size 6 in lululemon tights, small in Nike, and the XS fit me the best. I tried the medium and small too, but there was too much fabric in the waist.

NOTES
* RAW INSEAM: If it says in the Product Description that the pants have a Raw Inseam, it means those particular pants do not automatically come hemmed, and that the full inseam length can be found in the info above. Pants with a Raw Inseam Length are great because you can have them hemmed to fit you perfectly, but that is your responsibility to have done.

* FIXED INSEAM: If the Product Description says that these pants have a Fixed Inseam, or does NOT clearly state it has a Raw Inseam, it means that these pants already come hemmed.

HOW to MEASURE
WAIST: Measure around the natural part of the waist, often the narrowest part of the waist just above the belly button.

SEAT: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hips and seat.

INSEAM: Measure from the crotch to where your pant leg typically falls, often near the ankle bone. Please note that Fjallraven Raw Inseam pants do NOT come hemmed so will have a longer inseam.
