Great pack!I just bought this pack yesterday and took it on a 7 mile hike up a mountain. It is a fabulous pack as it really distributes load well and is comfortable. It allows for air flow behind your back which is really nice. The medium fits my longer torso well. I wish it had a few small compartments for phone, camera, etc., but it does have a few separate areas. It can actually hold a lot. I'm tall but have a small frame and shouldn't really carry more than 35 pounds anyway. Save yourself the trouble, get a small pack like this one. You'll thank yourself later.

Great Pack For Just about EverythingI bought this bag for my sister who went to study abroad and Europe and she has loved every second of it being able to go where ever she wants to go with a pack that can make it happen. Whether it is hiking through mountain or simply taking a weekend trip to a new city this bag has been perfect for her. The bag itself has great support for carrying heavy quantities with the addition of the compression straps, packing is a breeze. This bag also had space for a hydration bladder which was perfect for those long trails around the Mediterranean. Overall great bag for the money it is 100% worth it no matter if ur backpacking through the Mountains or exploring a new city. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Perfect travel packI bought this for my 9-day trip to Costa Rica and fell in love. I ended up purchasing the medium size and it fit perfectly. The pack hugs you in all the right places. And when you are wearing it, it feels so light! My only regret is that I didn't purchase this pack sooner. I cannot wait to take it with me on my next adventure. Gregory Women's Packs
Gregory backpacking packs are available in a size range. Please check the PRODUCT FEATURES and / or SPECIFICATIONS for the torso range measurements of each size of a pack. The steps below are a guide for measuring your torso size.
The hipbelts on Gregory backpacking packs are adjustable to fit a range of sizes. A simple rule of thumb is that the ideal distance between the ends of the hipbelt pads after tightening should be 3 to 5 inches. However, the most important criteria are that the hipbelt wraps clear over the side of your body and that it rests 1 inch above your iliac crest. This allows proper load transfer to your skeletal structure, which maximizes comfort and minimizes energy expenditure.
HOW to MEASURE TORSO SIZE 1. Put your chin to your chest and feel for the big bone protruding on your neck at the top of your spine. That's the C7 vertebra.
2. Feel your hip bone, the top part of this is your iliac crest. Find the spot on your back that is level with the top of this crest.
3. Have someone measure the distance between these two points, following the contours of your spine.
