Great packThis was the third (and thankfully final!) day pack I tried. I'm glad I decided to go back and settle on the Gregory pack. I'm 5'2" and wear between a XS and S in packs. The internal frame is a little too tall for me, but that's my only, albeit, slight complaint. This pack is great for a day hike or travel, probably even an overnighter if you have lightweight gear. It fits everything I need with tons of room for more, even with a bladder (which was a problem I had with the other two packs). Everything fits my body type perfectly and it's adjustable to get it as close to my body as possible. The hipbet pockets will fit at least your iphone 6 with otterbox case perfectly. The one feature that I thought was a nice touch, but is now my absolute favorite ever is the handy sunglass holder! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Another great pack by Gregory!Gregory makes such great packs. I have the Salvo 28 as well as a Baltoro 85 and love them. I bought a Sula 28 for wife and another for my daughter as they are similar to the Salvo but designed specifically for women. They love them. We use them for day hikes and snowshoeing. They love the comfortable fit, the features, and the space to carry extra layers, etc. They also like the style. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Too short for the frameThis is a great pack unless I have to bear crawl. The frame hits the back of my head so I can’t look up on a rock scramble. My husband purchased it and we hadn’t measured my torso. One other issues is if I wear a tank, the straps rub on the front of my shoulder. I love all the pockets and attachments so...make sure you get fitted before you purchase. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great pack!I haven't had any issues with this pack my only complaint is that the hip pockets aren't big enough for my phone (iPhone plus) but honestly isn't a big issue. It sits nicely on my back, very breathable, & doesn't rub on me anywhere. It's my go to grab pack for any day hikes I go on it's always with me! Would definitely recommend.

All that I wanted and moreI got this for hiking day trips, so far so good. I really wanted something that wasn't going to strain my back, honestly it took me over a month to find something that matched what I wanted. Glad I waited on this bad boy. Happy hiking [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great size for long day hikes. Lots of pockets.Bought This pack thinking it would be perfect for hiking to Phantom Ranch in the Grand Canyon. I own a smaller Gregory pack but needed a bit more room. Unfortunately it didn’t quite fit correctly so we had to return it . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Gregory Women's Packs
Gregory backpacking packs are available in a size range. Please check the PRODUCT FEATURES and / or SPECIFICATIONS for the torso range measurements of each size of a pack. The steps below are a guide for measuring your torso size.
The hipbelts on Gregory backpacking packs are adjustable to fit a range of sizes. A simple rule of thumb is that the ideal distance between the ends of the hipbelt pads after tightening should be 3 to 5 inches. However, the most important criteria are that the hipbelt wraps clear over the side of your body and that it rests 1 inch above your iliac crest. This allows proper load transfer to your skeletal structure, which maximizes comfort and minimizes energy expenditure.
HOW to MEASURE TORSO SIZE 1. Put your chin to your chest and feel for the big bone protruding on your neck at the top of your spine. That's the C7 vertebra.
2. Feel your hip bone, the top part of this is your iliac crest. Find the spot on your back that is level with the top of this crest.
3. Have someone measure the distance between these two points, following the contours of your spine.
