The Hanwag Women's Gritstone II Lady GTX Boot is a waterproof hiking shoe for summer months. Low height for full range of motion through your ankle with plenty of stability underfoot. Leather strapping on the upper provides durability against the dust, dirt and rocks of the trail while a GORE-TEX lining provides waterproof, breathable protection against wet days. Lacing starts down at the toe for a dialed in fit and a Vibram Ultragrip II outsole grabs tight to the path.

Best boots[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this brand of boot however this particular style is too narrow for me. I have a wide toe width. I had to go back to the salt rocks and the banks. At if you have a regular width foot these boots are great

Poor fit[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these shoes to replace my old Lowa hiking shoes I had for 12 years - eventually fell apart. The HanWag shoes were heavy and too tight. My regular size 8.5 was too small even with thin socks. I normally wear liners and hiking socks for the hikes (10-14 miles distance).
