Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wool Tights I bought these for winter rowing. I love wearing wool when rowing. It usually takes 15 minutes of preparation before actually getting on the water. That is a cold 15 minutes. Then once you start the body quickly gets overheated, but wool breaths. I really like the tights and would only make one suggestion, I would like to have a nylon (water resistant layer) over the knees and butt. I realize that is specific to my sport, so no demerits.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Energizing Leggings These leggings are absolutely the best I’ve ever worn. Fit is perfect (Sz Med., I’m 5’10” 175lbs). They feel warm the minute I put them on but do not cause overheating. Small details are well designed. I especially like the slight rise of waist band in the rear and the support around the knees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Merino base layer I have ever worn These guys know Merino! I have spent the winters in the mountains of the north western USA for the past 30 years. So I have worn a lot of long under ware. Been wearing Merino for about the last 15 years. It seems to retain less odor, be more comfortable, and retain more heat, when wet, than synthetic. Discovered Icebreaker 3 seasons back. Overall they seem to be the best at Merino base layers so far. Other Merino I have worn can get a little itchy and be a little fragile. Icebreaker seems to have found the 'magic bullet' in solving both of these problems. I also have the matching top for these bottoms and the Bodyfitzone design, although warm enough for a day on the slopes at 20 degrees, it is also cool enough for a spring hike or a fall day in the city. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tights as a base layer I am 5’8” and 145lbs. I ordered the medium BodyfitZONE™ 260 Zone Leggings for my upcoming Pacific Crest Trail Thru Hike starting in March of 2019. The tights fit a bit loose and I would be better with a small but I like a bit of a loose fit for lounging. I have ben using icebreaker products for a few years now. I first discovered them as an advertisement at the Banff film festival movie world tour. These tights are super comfortable and breathe well. I wear them when I sleep in my sleeping bag at night. They keep me warm as well as save me from having to use a bag liner. The tights are not too heavy and a great item to look forward to after a long day of hiking. Looking forward to using them throughout my thru hike. Always excited to throw on my icebreaker gear to feel comfy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First day out and they were great At first I thought the Large wouldn't fit my slender 6'1" long legs but it turns out they fit just fine. They are very comfortable and kept me warm in 20 degree temps with only my burton pants over the top. So far so good...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great For Snowsports I got this for skiing and it has not disappointed. Very warm and very comfortable. It is expensive but when you compare it to its more affordable synthetic counterparts, the difference is night and day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Supports a life in the wilderness I live in a remote retreat center in the North Cascade Mountains of Washington. We're accustomed to 270”+ of snow each winter so wintersports are a way of life. Whether snowshoeing new paths around the village or getting out for a ski these leggings are doing a bang up job of keeping me warm. Just warm enough to wear on their own in below freezing temps, but thin enough to use as a base layer. Wonderful addition to my wardrobe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for cold, humid northeast skiing. I've already worn this a couple of times and first of all, the material is extremely comfortable. I'm very happy that the seam/hem at the bottom of the legs is small and thin enough not to cause me discomfort in my boots. The leggings are also warm enough to keep me comfortable skiing on cold nights, which, for a Patroller, is key.
