Thin but cozy[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sweater in a medium fits well (5' 11" - 170 lbs). I often struggle with sleeves being too short, but these are perfect.
The material is thin and I feel like it might be best worn over a collared shirt, but it is quite cozy. The knit is dense and it is sturdy, as Icebreaker shirts always are.
I look forward to the Autumn with this sweater.

great classic sweaterIt seems these days it is hard to find a simple, solid -color sweater that is comfortable, fits well, and can be worn casual or to a slightly more dressy event. This may be especially true if you live in the South.
This sweater is all of the above; classic look, more hip side design (subtle but distinct), comfortable in cold and cooler temperatures, and versatile.

Finally!!!I have been looking for the “right sweater” for years now... trying many different brands and basically never satisfied with the quality or fit and always pining about how sweaters USED to be made well. Then this gem comes along and I could not be happier.. it is firm but not bulky and sturdy not wimpy. I will be ordering more!

F-R-A-G-I-L-E but better than a leg-lampThe scene where the dad takes the 'leg-lamp' out of the box in the movie The Christmas Story is similar to this sweater.
You have to treasure and value it. If you typically throw all of your clothes together in a big wash - colors, whites, darks, delicates, jackets, etcetera, then this is NOT the sweater for you. It will fray after your first wash because it IS delicate.
However, if you like nice things and can properly take care of them, this is THE PERFECT SWEATER. You WILL get compliments on it, especially the bronze heather color. ;)
I am 6'3" (191cm), 185lbs (84kilos), with a V-shaped torso, wide shoulders, and the Large fits pretty well. The waist is for people with a gut, something I lack, so it's a bit baggy there. But the arm length and shoulder width are perfect!
This is my first IB sweater and if this quality keeps up, it certainly won't be my last.

Freezing cold is no match for this warm sweater.Of all the products I’ve owned in my lifetime, I can honestly say the sweater is by far the highest quality and most versatile for a wide variety of conditions. On a chilly fall day, or in the midst of an icy cold night, the warmth of this sweater will keep you feeling comfortable. I would recommend this sweater to anyone who wants to look great and enjoy natural style for a great price.

Shearer V NeckI discovered Icebreaker when we visited New Zealand 20+ yrs ago, and still wear what we bought. One of those pieces is a V Neck that has been used and abused. The new one fits perfect, I used the website sizing guide, which for me at 6'3", 200lbs is XL and it fits great. Very comfortable and looks great. Wish they came in more colors..
