There are quite a few bikes on this shirt but what really counts is the corespun blend of merino wool and nylon to keep you comfortable during the ride. Rated 4 out of 5 by from 31 miler Hiking in the Olympics means steep (sweaty) ascents followed by cool and rainy camp conditions. This combination can result in being chilled to the bone in camp. My previous tech shirts would not dry, so I tried an Icebreaker. My last trip was equally sweaty on the ascent and cool in camp, but my shirt stayed dry and I wore it for two days hiking. I ordered the Men’s because women’s cuts are not a reliable fit. The men’s large fit me (a little baggy), but not uncomfortable. I’d prefer more selection in women’s cuts and patterns. But, the men’s shirt did the trick. Highly recommend for backpacking in the PNW.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Go To Daily Wear Comfortable and cool. I only wear wool and was an Ibex fan for years. Purchased two of these a year or two ago and have been elated by the way they have held up. Icebreaker is has taken the lead when it comes to style, comfort, quality and durability.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Shirt, collars still hang a little low Great shirt and pattern. Each year IB comes out with at least 2 or 3 new patterns that I really like - I have way more of these than I care to admit (my wife counts them). My only complaint the last few years - the collars seem a bit stretched out hanging lower than I'd like on my shoulders. OK for runs where you don't want something tight, but they could be cut a little better. Size medium seems to have a size large neck. But again, not a bad thing for intense workouts. Just not great for under a casual shirt. Now the really good: these last for years, great for runs, travel, base layers under looser fitting IB pieces. They literally can be worn over and over before washes and not smell. Dry quickly. For active shirts I wash usually once the salt from sweat begins to appear. Been a fan since 2007 persuaded to try one in NZ when the price at the time seemed unheard of. But they were right. Beyond well worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Shirt Got this shirt for commuting via bike to work and back. It's perfect for this. It dries quickly for rain or sweat, and the merino wool inhibits smells so this gross dude can wear it all week riding. Wash it and let air dry and it's ready for the following week's commutes. Perfect. The design is a nice touch. 5' 10" and a bit pudgy despite the cycling.

Sized down for a closer fit (usually a medium, ordered a small).
