Rated 5 out of 5 by from Half Marathon Support! I bought this in preparation for my first half marathon; the way my synthetic sports bras stayed wet and felt cold had become very apparent on my longer training runs, and it was gross. The benefits of this bra were probably most obvious walking around after the race; even though it was 50 degrees outside and the bra was completely wet, it didn't feel cold or clammy under the dry shirt I changed into. Also, my rib cage measures 28 inches and I am a small A; an extra small fits perfectly. It was pretty snug at first, but it stretched out just enough; I don't even notice it! In short, I would love to replace all of my synthetic bras with these!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too tight I am fairly small, 34A bra size. 5"4 109lbs. I got this first in an extra small due to some people saying the elastic band fits loose compared to cup. I disagree, I found the elastic band under my breast almost cutting into me, and the cup size very tight. I exchanged for a small with only a slight difference in comfort. I partly want to wear only to hopefully stretch it out, but every morning choose to go without due to the discomfort. Im surprised as I am very small chested and narrow as it is. I wish this bra had a touch more stretch in all the elastic areas as to not cut into the skin so much ( under arms, under breasts, and against back).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Expensive bras with itchy, annoying tags Who puts not one, not two, not three but three one to two inch long tags inside the chest band of a bra? Answer: clearly not someone who wears bras. I'm not returning them because I'm unable to find the old smartwool bras that I used to love this is the only similar one I could find. I can't cut off the tags because it leaves a razor sharp edge that cuts rather than just digs. I have been unable to fight for years to find a job bra that doesn't cut into my rib cage, no matter how big I buy it and I'm not that big. This one would have fit better than most but the stupid tags.. very poor design

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Severe storm clean up The area I live in was hit with a severe storm. We went a week straight of 8 hour shifts on chainsaws and heat indexes over 100 and high humidity. I was getting heat rashes under my old spandex sports bras. After a lot of research and looking for deals, I got the Sprite on sale. My dimensions are borderline between L & XL so I chose a L thinking tighter is better. The shoulder straps really dug in when I tried it on but I decided to give it a shot in the field. It relaxed and it the best bra I own. I thought I was crazy for wearing a wool bra in 100 degree heat but I was wrong: No chafing, no heat rash. It was great!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not appropriate for the well endowed woman Though most icebreaker products I've tried are amazing, I returned this bra. First of all I am a 40DD and very active, so I have a lifelong struggle with bras anyway. I would love to someday find one made out of natural fiber that performs well, but it hasn't happened yet. This garment would probably be fine for casual wear for ladies with small cup sizes, but it offers no support, nor does it have any sort of defined "cup". I would suggest that if icebreaker wants to offer "large" sized bras, they do a little more innovating. None of the female models even come close to resembling the average body type, but real people of all shapes and sizes are active in the outdoors. The time has come for a bra that is supportive and made out of natural fiber.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light on support, but just right for relaxing. I purchased this bra knowing that it would not likely provide enough support for sports of any kind, I simply wanted something comfortable and breathable that I could wear at home or while camping or spending time outdoors in a relaxed manner. It has turned out to be exactly what I wanted. However, I must stress that for the medium and larger busted girls you really won’t want to do any vigorous movement while wearing this particular bra. I wear a 30DDD (or 30E) and while I spill out of the sides of the Small a bit when it’s freshly washed, it fits quite comfortably. It fits snugly enough for lounging, but, like I said, not a sports bra for those who need actual support and shaping. Great for sleeping, lounging about, and easy hikes, but not for running or even biking. I’ll likely purchase another as I gradually convert as much of my wardrobe as possible to Icebreaker merino.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome and Comfortable I have been an Icebreaker fan for a long time and decided to try out one of their bras, and this was my choice. I'm small busted but not petite around. Anyways, bought this guy and have worn it since. It's super comfortable, extremely soft and at the end of the day, I don't rush into my house to rip it off...it's just that comfortable. I wear a 34A and bought a Medium. It was a tad bit (like barely) snug the first day I wore it but it now fits perfectly. Love this bra and am definitely going to buy more!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from New version has less coverage and not as comfy I have loved these bras...have bought 4 this year first two in my usual medium size, then 2 in Large as the shape of design has changed; in the newer version (last 2 seasons I believe) the bra is much skimpyer than they use to be on the sides and also less fabric underneath. The outcome is much less comfort and support which is a real downer for me. May need to look for a new product which I am sad about as have really loved wearing these over last few years. If you have little boobs probably ok.
