My wife gave me one on June/18, after 15 monthes it sundelly stopped working. I liked it so much that a bought another one the next day. But after 15 monthes the second one stoped working too. As if it was "programmed" to fail just after 12 monthes. I have contacted support, all they said is that they could offer 50% on buying a new JBL Tune 115BT. For me this is no solution, offer me to buy a product that will last less then two years. I expect that such a premium product would last at least 5 years. My wife have a JBL Clip 2, it's fully functional after 7 years.

Rated 4 out of 5 by lesfleurs24 from Nice Sound and Comfortable I think these headphones sound nice and are good at blocking out noise. Two people were yelling in the room next to me, but I was so busy jamming to Beyonce I didn't even hear them. These headphones come with a couple different sized earbuds that make sure you have a nice fit. I have two complaints however: the bright blue light that never goes off when the headphones are connected (makes it hard for me to try to listen to things and fall asleep at night) and that the part of the headphones that is supposed to rest on the back of my neck slides to one side a lot instead of staying in place. Overall, I am happy with my purchase though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Trevor123 from Comfortable but poor battery and sound I received my JBL Tune 120tws on 01/16/2022. After finally figuring out how to get the left ear bud paired I got them connected and then shut them off to charge as they were near dead. Charging showed they were fully charged so I excitedly hooked them up to use. There was a ticking noise that would come from the left ear bud even when no audio was playing and the sound would seem as if it was underwater at times. Top it off, the battery life is supposed to be 16hrs but after 30 minutes they are already over a quarter drained. So more like two hours. I could let go of the other issues but the poor battery life is very disappointing. Hopefully others do not have this issue because they feel great and minus the small issues, sound great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Aurora08 from Lasts only a few months I have had these earbuds twice and both times one earbud has broken after a few months. You can only hear sound when you have it positioned a certain way and yes it is as annoying as it sounds. I have constant ringing in my ears so I need sound always to drown it out. I can only use one earbud now and it's a pain in the neck when they die cause I am stuck with ringing until they recharge. Besides this they work well with audio quality and connecting but tend to fall out of your ears after 30 minutes of use. Overall I wouldn't purchase these earbuds again.

The bass is amazing and the battery is great also. They last for a couple hours. They pair easily also. However the mid range is just "eh" they don't always hit every bit of bass exactly but overall good sound. One thing i hate are the buttons. I used these for about 20 minutes my first time trying to find out how the tap feature works to skip, replay and pause/play a song. I know most earbuds you simply lightly tap. These you have to physically PRESS like a click. In doing this you basically uncomfortably shove the earbud in your ear to skip. Unfortunately this will probably be my last time using these.

Rated 4 out of 5 by nnutman from Great set of True Wireless headphones [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these headphones for over a week now and as I expected, the quality sound is very good for this type of headphones, I have been buying a lot of JBL products for different usage and I'm very happy with the quality in general. The package came on time and in a very nice box (see photos), the box includes a charger case, quite large to capture the headphones, the charger case will indicate when the headphones are fully charged and how much battery there is in charger case. Setting up the headphones as very easy, I have a Pixel phone, and connecting it using the Bluetooth on my phone was like any other device. Reconnecting the headphone after idle time is also easy, you turn the headphones on out of the charger and it automatically connects, you can actually connect just one ear which is nice if you need twice the battery length...and ok to use 1 side only. The headphones will turn off automatically if not in use which is nice, I use it for Conf. calls, walking outside, working in the Garden. Now why did I give it only 4 stars, I think the size of the headphones is a little too big, for me it is fine, but it is round, a little egg shape and larger than other brands, so from a Fashion perspective some may find it less attractive. Another point is they could make it easier to know what is left vs right side, it is written but different colors or larger letters will help. I did not have any issues of disconnected of any of the headphones (I had it with other headphones) so overtime this is some time to look at. Overall very happy, the quality of the sound is great and so far it works well.
