Kari Traa does not actually temperature rate their jackets. Because everybody runs different and there are so many other factors that go into how warm a jacket is, its not really possible to get a meaningful rating.
That being said the Kari traa Women's Haugamoen Parka has a weather resistant outer shell and loads of down insulation to keep you warm in temperatures below freezing.
