Awesome bag - perfect for biking[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this bag to wear while biking to and from work each day. This bag is the perfect size and extremely comfortable. Love all of the various pockets and zippers! I use the rope latch to hook an extra Nalgene bottle via small carabiner and it works perfect. The is durable and has lining inside that makes it super easy to wipe down (packed watermelon in a jar that leaked on my commuter, sigh). Will definitely be using this bag for short hikes and walked in the woods and mountains this fall! BUY THIS BAG

Excellent Travel Bag[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my wife as she really love the design and liked the idea of the sling bag versus traditional two strapped backpacks. The size was perfect for her height of 5'. The range of designs and colors is also great so you can personalize it while still having the unique design.
The two main pocket system is also great. Easily fit a folded sweatshirt in one pocket while loading personal items in the rest. The phone holder fit an iPhone 8 with plenty of room. Even riding several public transportation systems and getting caught in the rain the bag still looks brand new after 12 days of constant use.

The bag of all bags[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking for a backpack or crossbody bag to replace the typical handbag I had carried for years. I wanted something that was comfortable, evenly distributed weight and of course, looked nice. The Kavu mini rope bag met all of my requirements! It’s easy to change from a shoulder bag to a crossbody with a simple slide movement and I’ve managed to eliminate my neck and back pain by changing to this design. Plenty of room for wallet, makeup, hand sanitizer, masks, kid needs... it’s perfect without being overly compartmented. Love it!

Well-made bag[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this a month ago and was torn between the mini size and the regular. Mini is big enough to fit phone, nalgene, and some other small stuff, which is perfect for me. Wanted a bag I could bring on quick adventures that was smaller than a backpack and less annoying than a purse. Clip feature is super convenient to get the bag off quickly, and I found the Velcro on the pocket holds well (was originally worried the pocket wouldn’t hold stuff well). Lots of pockets, which is great!

Love this bag![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift because I saw my niece carrying one that was worn out. I saw the tag and googled it. This was such an unexpected surprise for her because she had only seen me once in the last five years and she was touched that I took the time to research the bag she was carrying. She was touched and teared up because she loved the bag and could not bear to part with it.... She carried it all though college and it held a lot of memories. Now she will strut into her new career with a "fresh start", including the bag she loved.

I returned both because they weren't the colors that we advertised and didn't seen as big as I thought. The kavu bag is going to be a great bag for some short hiking trips. Just what I needed![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this roughly 3 weeks ago, and it is now an invaluable addition to my daily life.
I bought this bag specifically for an upcoming trip to India, though I had been considering getting one for the past few years. But with the excuse of needing a bag for a trip, I finally gave in and bought it. I’m so glad I did!
I now use it as my everyday purse because I like the ease of having it on my back without worrying about hauling it around. It’s also roomy enough to fit everything I need for the day!
I recently went snowshoeing and it fit four water bottles, an extra pair of gloves, a handful of granola bars, a notebook, pen, headphones, extra hair-binders, chapstick, a book, and chocolate! Everything fit great, and didn’t make the bag too bulky or pushed it out of shape.
The only possible thing that could be added to make it better would be a handle at the top. If the strap is unclipped, there’s not a great way to hold the bag.
I would say if you live an active lifestyle or travel often, this is the bag for you! I can’t wait to use it in India, and on my many future adventures!

Great purse alternative for adventurous ladies![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Kavu rope bag- first one was stolen while in southern Africa- and the fact that I bought another should be a testament to how much I've liked having one over the last two years. I bike almost everywhere in town and was tired of having a purse in the way at my side. This bag is perfect in that there's plenty of space/pockets to carry an extra layer for CO weather and it's slung across my back rather than sitting at my hip. Highly recommend this piece and love all the comments I receive while carrying it.
Which patterns are canvas? I do not want a polyester bag.
