The KAVU Mini Rope Sling is a crossbody bag made for days spent on the trail or out and about around town. Throw it over your shoulder and never look back. Simply swing it around to the front if you need to grab something. You have two vertical zippered pockets for an extra layer, a good read, and some snacks, and two small pockets on the front for stashing smaller items and accessories.

Awesome bag[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag, it’s perfect for literally everything (work, travel, day hiking, etc). I love the pockets on it and I get compliments ALL the time on how cool it is. Every day someone asks me where to get one! The one gripe I have is with the fabric. It is a kind of heavier nylon that I don’t particularly like and it gets dirty really quickly. For example, there’s a mark on it from a blue ballpoint pen and I couldn’t just rub it out. It also seems to be picking up some of the dye from my denim. All in all a GREAT bag though! I just don’t like too much upkeep on my things.

Perfect Casual Small Purse[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Kavu mini rope sling bag, so obviously I love it. The color selection is amazing, first of all. Secondly, you can wear this bag as a cross-body bag, but I tighten up the shoulder strap and wear it over one shoulder. The best part: it STAYS PUT! I have trouble with purses falling off my shoulder and this one doesn't. Not sure if it's the rope material or the counter-balance of the shape of the bag itself, but the fact that it stays on my shoulder is a game-changer. You can fit a surprising amount of stuff in it, too. I recommend this bag to everyone who compliments it, and it gets lots of compliments.

More spacious than it looks![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More spacious than it looks! I have been eyeing this bag for a really long time and struggle between the large and small. I settled on the small for every day use and when it first came in I was nervous that I made a mistake. But this bag Is perfect! It’s comfortable and easy to slide to the front to retrieve any needed items quickly. My only complaint is that I wish the outside pocket was large enough to hold my phone.

Functional tiny bag[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is small, but fits necessities. Forget carrying any sized water bottle. I like how the bag fits across my body and out of my way while walking. I use this for a city bag and possibly travel bag. Adding a hook for water bottle carrying would help

Quality Bag[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fabric is very durable and would resist wear better than canvas fabric. My phone is too big for the front pocket and that’s a bit of a bummer. But once I got used to what I wanted to put in which compartment, I do like the bag. Wanted to be able to shop hands free. Just found out that we have a grandchild on the way, so I may need the larger one! Yay! KAVU makes quality products that are functional without the frou-frou.

Perfect for hands free activities![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for our recent trip to the Smokey Mountains and absolutely love it! I have 3 kids, the youngest is 3 and not having to worry about a purse getting in the way was awesome! I normally carry a traditional cross body purse and my kavu bag is so much easier with my little one! Perfect for a wallet, keys, phone and still room for other odds and ends!

Wonderful bag[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the large rope sling for several years, and it’s perfect for hiking and vacations. However, I wanted something smaller for everyday. This mini rope bag is perfect for that. Only negative is Ray I wish the outer zip pocket was slightly bigger so my phone would fit.
