Rated 1 out of 5 by from great ergonomics, poor durability First of all, my kiddo loves them. He's a kindergartener and they tick all the boxes: comfy, grippy, and fast! I'm personally very disappointed with them as they barely hold up three months of use. He has gone through two pair this school year already. The coating on the fabric flakes off pretty quickly where the shoe flexes and with it goes any hint of weather resistance. This time round, the toes are starting to separate as well making them a tripping hazard as well as pretty shabby looking. Very disappointed with the durability of what is an ergonomically well designed shoe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from comfy, light, well made. This is a great shoe. It's comfy, light, well made, great for both every day use and hiking. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because the strap closure for the velcro could be larger; after a while the strap stretches and if your kiddo have narrow to medium fit it'll be difficult to keep it in place. Excellent customer service! The strap broke (after using it for a bunch of months) but keen replaced for a new pair. Very happy, will buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My son loves them! They fit as expected and seem to be durable and comfortable according to a 6 year old. He is excited to wear them to school becuase I've got a pair of Keens that look a lot like these. He thinks it's neat our shoes match. Could do with or without the strap but I think for style it adds a nice look and nice touch and less vanilla or plain than the shoes would be without it. Would recomnmend or purchase again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer beware! I love Keen shoes. This is my first bad experience with their shoes. I believe this particular style is flawed. The velcro strap is so short that my son could not attach it to the other side. It would not even come close to attaching, there was at least 2 cm needed to touch the other side and probably 4 or more needed to actually get the velcro to stay in place. Very disappointed in this style!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not hold up I love the looks/style of this shoe and my son loves the fit/comfort level. However, I purchased these shoes in June 2022 and by July 2022 they are falling apart. The rubber has detached from the upper fabric part of the shoe. This is the second pair of shoes from the “knotch” line we have purchased and they simply do not hold up whatsoever.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Rubber Toe This is the first pair of Keen shoes I've purchased for my 6-year-old. Within the first month of use (which was completely indoors at school), the rubber toe began to detach from the shoe. I used super glue to fix it. Now just a couple of months later, it's coming apart in another spot. Buyer beware until this defective style is fixed.

Love the reinforced toes so she won’t blow through them like she does in her other shoes. I think she might outgrow these shoes before they are worn, which is totally amazing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Shoe for Active Kid I was tired of my twins wearing their regular shoes out super fast, so I bought these, and they've been wearing them almost every day since. We've had no issues with the velcro strap, I just wish their foot would stop growing so I don't have to keep buying more shoes.

HOW to MEASURE
1. Place a piece of paper against a wall.

2. Have the little human stand on the paper with their heel against the wall.

3. For both feet mark where the longest toe ends.

4. In centimeters, measure from the edge of the paper to both marks.

5. Use the longest foot measurement and match it up to a KEEN size using the size charts above.
