Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun colors! I purchased the blue and the purple/pink tie die for my daughters. They both love the colors that they picked out, they are 5 and 2. We are very active and do a lot of bike riding. The 2 year old has tried hers out with her strider and they seem like they will hold up really well. The only issue with these is that heel area is stiff and she wore them without socks for a bit and got some nasty blisters. The 5 year old was complaining about an area hurting that seems to be under the metal eyelet for the strap. Maybe this area is a little stiff too. These were small complaints though since they wear them every day still. I had to send back the first pairs since they were too small despite using the Keen size chart.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adorable and STURDY My kids still use their toes as bike brakes... and these are the only shoes that have held up. They are sturdy and have a real, rubber sole rather than the cheap foam stuff that breaks down so quickly. Not to mention these shoes are adorable. I will only add that they seem to run slightly big, which worked well for us! My kiddos and I both love them. :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from very heavy these shoes are very well made, they fit as expected. We have some Keen sandals that are amazing. These shoes are very heavy though. For a 2 year old, he has trouble running in them, and has tripped a few times. concept is amazing, they are durable-but a little too heavy for a young kid. I would still recommend the shoe overall.

Issue I have is not the shoe but the sizing as the measurements seem off. She went stomping in some mud puddles on purpose and they did not get her feet soaked. Great for hiking and wide toe box is nice for their toes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect active daily kid shoe [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second pair of these shoes - our son wears them daily, to preschool, and out on hikes and trips to the skate park. The first pair lasted as long as he fit them, and is just finally wearing out now that he is outgrowing the pair. Highly recommend.

I've been unable to get in touch with anyone via email or phone, and there's no way to exchange shoes so that I'd be responsible for taxes and shipping for a new pair. Pretty disappointed, as we've had Keen's in the past that have been high quality.

In his case manageable, but something to keep in mind. Very different from the Keens neoprene sandals (I recommend both, just different)

Followed the size chart as it said she should be in a size 4 big kids by now so ordered the 4. This new model must run wide and big because they were too big for her. But we are keeping as she will eventually fit in them!

HOW to MEASURE
1. Place a piece of paper against a wall.

2. Have the little human stand on the paper with their heel against the wall.

3. For both feet mark where the longest toe ends.

4. In centimeters, measure from the edge of the paper to both marks.

5. Use the longest foot measurement and match it up to a KEEN size using the size charts above.
