waterproof winter walking/hikingVery happy with this purchase. I needed a replacement for some waterproof walking shoes. These shoes are excellent. Not only are they waterproof, but they have excellent traction when conditions are slippery (wet or icy). The comfort is great - nice arch support, and comfy around the ankle - not binding or irritating for me. My initial feeling is that the break-in period will be minimal. I bought my usual size and they fit well (wearing a slightly heavier sock for cold weather). The Raven Rose color is mostly charcoal/black with a barely distinguishable hint of pink in the charcoal. Great value for the money!

Perfect Mountain / City Shoe[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the grey/black Terradoras for a recent trip to Norway, and they did not let me down! They were great for city walking (and looked subtle enough and like sneakers that I wasn't self-conscious) and held up so so well on challenging hikes in the fjord and a hike up to a glacier in the pouring rain. I wore them steadily throughout the two weeks across multiple hikes and cities and was very happy. Warning: I did a climb in the U.S. to break them in first and was grateful later.

Highly Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these shoes a month ago and have broken them in on several hikes. I am so happy with their performance. I needed water proof hiking shoes for an upcoming trip, but was worried they would be too hot and wouldn’t allow my feet to breathe. But that has not need the issue at all. I was also a bit concerned over the wider toe box of Keen shoes, but these came so highly recommended, that I thought I would try them and am so glad I have. The shoes are not too wide at all. They are comfortable. They stand up to desert hiking as well as cold weather and wet hiking conditions. I highly recommend these shoes.

Comfortable[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife picked these up to be a spring/summer option instead of the leather WP boot that gets used in the winter. (She actually returned these for a size down from her normal size. Once she got the right size, she said the shoe is very comfortable. However, it's not very breathable. She noticed her feet were pretty warm. I'm not sure if the waterproof membrane is the cause or not.

Just what I wanted![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted comfortable, waterproof shoes to take on a trip to Norway. I have narrow feet and looked at a lot of reviews before settling on these Keen Terradora Waterproof shoes. They fit well and worked perfectly for me - I hiked on a wet, muddy trail - and they did the job. I live in Florida and chose the regular shoes over the hightop version so they would be useful here.

Stylish AND Practical![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of Keen brand for awhile, but these went above and beyond my already high expectations. Coming from the Pacific NW, waterproof shoes are a must. These shoes not only withstand the sloggy trails, but they're so stylish I love wearing them around the city as well. Comfy and fit great too.

Great looking hiking shoe!First let me say that I have difficult feet. Bad arches and plantar fasciitis. I honestly think that for people with "normal" feet, this would be an awesome shoe. I love the color and style and so wanted them to be perfect for me. It's the first hiking shoe that I bought that has a good arch. I wore them a few times for short hikes and just regular walking to see how they'd feel, and they felt okay the first couple of times but unfortunately, and weirdly the third time I wore them, I ended up with blisters and my feet were killing me. Same socks and everything. Stupid weird feet...anyway, for my upcoming all hiking trip, I have to find something that is consistently comfortable and for me that was a trail runner shoe. Not as sturdy as these guys, but that seems to be my only option. I'm still giving four stars because they're so super cute, and because I truly believe that it's not the shoe that's bad, it's my dumb feet.
Do these shoes have laces that tie? I usually need to tighten the shoes and ones that stay in the same place don't often work. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We had our warehouse team physically check these Shoes and guess what?! They do have laces that tie :)

Do these shoes provide stability for overpronation?
Asked by: Dimr
Great question! While KEEN does not specifically say if the Terradora was designed for overpronation, it does have an ESS stability shank for constant support. Just keep in mind it is a bit narrower than traditional KEENs. My suggestion is to go up a half size with the possibility of adding your own insoles. I would also take a look at the Women's Targhee II Waterproof Shoe. That is their best seller and I have seen a ton of feedback that the Shoe is secure enough that you won't need any insoles to correct overpronation. I included a link below. I hope this info helps a little!
