She wears the all the time and has since she was about 18 months old. Hiking, running and just every day my daughter loves these shoes. The toe bumper is great as with most young children they are not fully paying attention so this protects the toes. Great grip and the waterproof last a long time. First pair she put grew so I bought them bigger. Her last pair had almost no grip after a year. She has been on around 300 miles of hikes and we all know kids. She has probably done 500 as she runs a head and then back. Best children’s shoe ever.

The soles would wear out, the laces ripped, the bottoms detached from the shoe, etc. So I looked for the most durable shoes I could buy. Keen shoes kept coming up. So I got both of them a pair. I am absolutely amazed! The boys love the colors, the fit, and the laces. They are holding up super well! They are easy to wipe off when dirty, and come clean so easy. My 7 year old is left handed, and teaching him to tie his shoes has been difficult, but with Keen shoes, no problems!!!!! Thanks so much Keen! We will buy these again and again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lindsey from Repeat purchase style We are now on our 3rd pair in this style. My nephew has loved these shoes and they have held up great. My nephew received his last pair the same week he got another brands pair of shoes. Within a few months it was shocking the difference in the two pair. The Keens looked brand new and fit well where the pricer other brand are worn and dingy. These are by far the first pick when dress himself. They have held up to dragging toes while bike riding, jumping in muddy puddles and daily wear and tear. We are now ready for the next size. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a well fitting shoe that will hold up to wear and tear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Stacey from These shoes do not hold up for active kids I've been a Keen fan for many years. Bought this shoe for my 7 year old son. It lasted less than 2 months before falling apart. While the sole held up, the fabric section on the outside and inner section began to rip. In addition, the toggle that held the lace broke, hence the lace snapped. The warranty does not replace laces. The issue isn't the laces which are replaceable, but more that this shoe did not last more than 2 months. My kid is active, but he really just wore these to school, not on the trails. Thought they would have lasted at least 3 months! Disappointed to learn that Keen won't replace because they claim it's a "lace issue". Expensive shoe for only 2 months use!

My 12 year old son is very particular about his footwear, it has to fit certain criteria :woman-facepalming: These shoes hit all the marks! They are quick and easy to put on and take off, no laces was a big bonus for him, they are breathable so his feet don't sweat, enough traction to play on all terrains, his favorite color, and plenty of ""toe wiggling room"". They are the complete package and he loves them. I love the quality and price :blush: and of course, knowing my sons feet are properly equip for anything he may do

Rated 5 out of 5 by Oleejay from Repeat customer for a reason This is the third ""set"" of chandlers we have purchased. Each time we buy shoes for our son, we get two pairs of same style but in different colors, as boys and puddles go together, always need the 2nd pair for when the first is drying. As parents, we love how durable the shoes are and that and our son outgrows before the shoes wear out. We have had other brands torn at the toe within two weeks. Not with Keens! Son loves the comfort and cool colors, often wearing one shoe from each pair to mix things up.

HOW to MEASURE
1. Place a piece of paper against a wall.

2. Have the little human stand on the paper with their heel against the wall.

3. For both feet mark where the longest toe ends.

4. In centimeters, measure from the edge of the paper to both marks.

5. Use the longest foot measurement and match it up to a KEEN size using the size charts above.
