The Kelty Tru Comfort Doublewide 20 Sleeping Bag is comfy for two people and has lots of options for regulating temperature. Lighter and more compact than packing two sleeping bags and zipping them together, this bag has got your back. Is your sleeping partner a literal furnace? This sleeping bag aims to eliminate the issue of one person being too hot while the other is too cold. It accomplishes this with features such as two built-in blankets, foot vents, and a zip-off top. The tailored hood holds your pillows in place so that you don't have to hunt down wandering pillows in the middle of the night. The Cozy Cloudloft Synthetic insulation traps heat well with a temperature rating of 20 degrees. Not to mention, it is incredibly comfortable with its Poly-Taffeta lining.

It is the first double wide that I have purchased and I love it. Insulation is pretty warm and nice and fluffy for some extra padding. The full zipper around is pretty neat and lets you stick your feet out if you need to cool down a bit. I typically run cold, so I really enjoy the additional blankets on the inside - one on each side which is also neat. My only complaint is that I am not sure if this bag would be sufficient enough in 20-30 degree weather like the bag states it is good for. Other than that, great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this sleeping bag because A) I’m a kicker and B) I’ve been using the same Coleman since I was like 8, it was time to treat myself. Good thing I did because IT WAS COLD (around 25 degrees which is cold for me) at night. I remember briefly waking up at 3 AM, pulling my sleeping bag up a little higher and thinking “this is the best money I’ve ever spent.” I don't know how it is for 2 people, but for one person who loves to move around at night, it is absolutely perfect. It is by far my favorite addition to my camping gear closet. In fact it may just be my favorite thing I own... and I own some pretty cool stuff.

I had seen other reviews that said it was bulky and thought "how bad could it be?" Well its about 4x larger stuffed than my kelty backpacking sleeping bag and I'd say 1.5x larger than a one person cotton sleeping bag that isn't trying to be compact. There are definitely more compact options available for double sleeping bags but I can't imagine they'd have as many options for individual temperature control. If you have room to pack this I definitely recommend it!

First night I used it it was supposed to get down to 30, woke up and it was 20 degrees. We had a thin fleece blanket that we used as a baffle /draft blocker because the head opening does not cinch down (hard to do with zippers on both sides). That’s my only gripe is the opening is pretty big for staying warm if you’re going to press the 20 degree rating.

So glad I did, it worked great and kept us warm. Since it is getting colder here (Iowa), I began to use this as a bedspread. It is the most comfortable sleeping bag I have ever used. It's soft and the inner quilt gives you several options for covers if you sleep warm. My wife even loves to curl up next to me because she loves how soft and comfortable it is. I would certainly recommend this product. Even if you don't camp, it is the perfect bedspread to sleep in! Good Luck!

I’m a side sleeper and I toss and turn around a lot at night. This is the only bad I’ve tried that has enough room to accommodate all my moving. The hood is especially helpful in keeping my pillows in place and allowing my arms to stay warm when I have them over my head. The zippered foot vents are an excellent addition. The material is very comfortable and as warm as expected. Great product!!

My partner and I used this bag on a quick weekend camping trip where the temps dipped down to the mid/low 30's and we were perfectly comfortable in this bag. I'm 5'9 and my partner is 5'2 and there was plenty of room to spare in the bag. Sleeping in this bag was super nice especially with the integrated blanket, makes it feel real cozy and more like your sleeping with a real blanket. We really liked this bag and can't wait to use it again :)

I bought this to replace a very old rarely used sleeping bag that I thought I was going to die in on our first camping trip. It was miserable. I bought this for my wife and I and I couldn't be happier with my selection. It dropped down to the low 30's and we had a space heater in our 10 person tent. It worked so well that I was able to sleep normally (underwear only) and I was completely comfortable all night. I used it the following weekend at Space Camp with my daughter (I'm also indoorsy) and I'm glad it had the option of slipping off the top layer. This thing is AWESOME!
