Product Reviews
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like the waterproof features for biking in the rain, however I do not live in a rainy climate nor do I live or spend time in large bodies of water. That said I found the pack lacked some technical features I would have preferred such as pockets, for at least a water bottle or a stuff sack front. Also, my main issue with the pack is that the air hose attachment popped out literally every time I picked up the bag, which required reinflation. The good: Nice and slim profile, ultra light weight, waterproof, comfortable straps, and would be excellent as a dry sack on the river. All around good except for the air hose issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was perfect to take on our kayaking trip. I just slapped it on the top of my kayak as it would have been difficult to fit into my hatch. Also good to take hiking when it is a wet/snow covered trail. rather comfy. Major downside was no outside pockets/access. Having a water bottle hooked on the back just makes the pack feel like it's rocking, but that's just me. It would be awesome to have a shorter option. the width is great. Please keep on only offering the grey red blue and green colors. Any more would just make it look clownish and gross. I used this as a large overpack with a smaller daypack inside.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's a great backpack! The dry bag works great. The air frame works aright, but the pump needs a little more work. The tubing from the pump to the back pack needs to be shorter or a tighter tolerance be used during manufacturing. I pulled the bag out and started trying to inflate the backpack and nothing was happening. So I took the pump and tubing off, and the tubing had become pinched at the nozzle into the bag, preventing any air from moving. The issue was the tubing was too long for the padding that went on it, causing the pinched section. The only other issue with the bag for me is that the padding around the air tubing is usually mistaken as the handle when I pick the bag up. If there was a way to secure the padding to the bag so it wouldn't stick up, that would be great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was surprised by how much I love this backpack. I intended to give this to my daughter as a Christmas gift, but after unfurling it and strapping it on, I decided to keep it. (Sorry, honey!) It's crazy durable and extremely waterproof. I can attest to this because we've had an unbelievably wet winter here in South Florida. I used it for camping this weekend. It protected my belongings from the heavy overnight dew, leaving my belongings nice and dry. My husband told me he wants one. :-)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from the unit is great for keeping your gear dry, last weekend I was on a 3 day hike in the Ouachita mountains on a whim I brought this backpack and I am glad I did. A freak storm rolled in and dumped 3 inches of rain in about 2 hours. I am a wild life photographer so My camera gear was my worry, and the bag did well at protecting !! two thumbs up for water proofing. my only complaint is the lack of a water bottle pocket of mesh holder on the outside of the bag. and the lack of good waist support

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love everything about this back except the location of the inflation cord. It sticks up around the top handle. First day I used it I grabbed the cord and disconnected it. It is easy to reconnect, but every time anyone else grabs for the handle they grab the cord and disconnect it. Becomes annoying and I worry about longevity after continually being disconnected and reconnected. I've also missed a water bottle pocket.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from As a whitewater rafter and kayaker I like this backpack. It fits perfectly into my boats a holds a good amount. The "frame" is easy to inflate and deflate, and it's comfortable to carry. The one problem I have with it is that it a roll-top drybag. This type of drybag is notorious for getting wet inside even with just a moderate amount of splashing. I prefer the ziplock-style closure that is completely wateproof.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The inflation system is a little strange but, I like the pack. I will use it heavily while working on islands on the GA coast and in the South Pacific. It looks like it will make a nice "boat" pack to keep my gear dry at sea and it might float depending on how much gear I pack. I also see potential in using the pack (emptied) as a sleeping pad if the right situation presents itself.
