The La Sportiva Women's Mantra Pant is a durable pant for climbing. In the gym or out at the crag, the recycled polyamide and elastane blend with cotton and elastane lining creates a light, durable, and comfortable pant. Elastic at the waist and cuffs hugs the body just right, with the ability to tighten the waist with a drawstring, or pull the pant leg up to show a little skin at the ankles. Best of all, they're all about movement, from the 4-way stretch built in to the articulated knees.

They're not super soft to the touch but are very comfortable, I especially love the thick waistband. Haven't worn them on outdoor rock yet so can't speak to their durability in that regard, but for indoor so far they seem totally fine. 5'5" 115lbs and the XS is a good fit through the calves and thighs, a tiny bit shorter inseam than I expected so if you are tall, these might be pretty cropped

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still nice, but fits different than older version [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still love the mantra pant - they're light, stretchy, and the colors this year are really nice & slightly more toned-down then previous ones. My only complaint is the fit feels different than older versions - there's less room in the thigh and the waist is bigger; also the length seems shorter, and the material seems a bit thinner. I still like them but time will tell for if they will hold up with the thinner material.

The pockets are god tier. The only issue I have (curvy, plus sized ladies unite) is this type of waist band folds and creases super easily. So be prepared for that. 5’4” and 175 lbs

She’s a climber and loves her pair of gray ones. When she asked for these in pink, blue & green it was a no brained birthday gift! It was easy to buy the necessary size & came quickly.
