HOW to MEASURE
Lake recommends you take your foot measurement in a seated position while wearing your cycling socks.
Step 1: Trace your foot onto a sheet of paper. After you trace your foot take a ruler and make a line to mark the furthest point on all four sides.
Step 2: For the Foot Length measurement use a millimeter ruler to get the measurement of the longest distance from the heel to the longest toe, usually the first or second toe.
Step 3: For the Foot Width measurement use a millimeter ruler to get the measurement of the widest part of the foot.
Step 4: Repeat the previous steps for other foot as your feet may be different sizes. Typically you will want shoes that accommodate your largest foot the most comfortably.
NOTES:
Add 5 mm to your actual length measurement to get a recommended size. It is not necessary to add any additional mm to your measured width.
For the most accurate measurement Lake recommends obtaining a three digit millimeter measurement. 268 mm, for example.
The US Size conversion provided is for reference only. Since Lake footwear is offered in European sizing, it is highly recommended you obtain precise foot measurements and use the guides above to determine your size.
