Decent for the price[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It a very simple pack. But I was letting students borrow it on a backpacking trip. They didn’t have any complaints. Compressions straps would be a nice addition. It isn’t as good as high end products. But if your looking for an entry level pack or a pack to lend out. This is a good option. Go for the 65 liter if your looking to spend more than 3 days out, unless your a light packer. We had an issue getting all the gear, food, and clothing in this bag for a 5 day trip.

More than I expected[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for quick replacement pack for a two day hike. For the price I did not know what to expect. I can't say enough about it: well built, with a good design. Extremely comfortable. This might be my go to pack for weekend hikes now!!!!

Good pack[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old external frame pack, this is modern and unfamiliar, but I loaded it and went around a few local trails, and not bad.
Now I did dress all in black, hood and face mask, like secret forces, so I looked cool as hell. I tried hopping across a few roof tops down town, but I'm really not that cool, and zero chance of landing the flying front flip, so there's that too.
My cats think I'm cool though, so I've got that going for myself.
Al Bundy is my role model.

Perfectly AdequateI purchased both the 50 and 40 liter versions of this pack on sale. Both are a little on the heavy side, but they are absolutely loaded with features - front mesh pocket, internal lined sunglasses / electronics pocket in the brain, side access zipper, dual water bottle pockets, included rain cover, and the list goes on. You could spend as much on just a rain cover for other packs.
If you’ve watched / read the very limited online reviews of this series you probably came away with the impression these are garbage. They are not. Are they the highest quality, lightest packs ever? No, but they have their place and are perfectly adequate.
The buckles are not the greatest, and on the 50 liter the side access zipper needs a button or hook and loop stitched on so it doesn’t open when the top is opened (40 liter has a different deaign and doesn’t have this issue). Easy to correct, and replacing a buckle here and there is no big deal to me should they fail.
If you can afford an expensive pack should you buy this instead? Maybe as an also, it would make a great loaner. If you are going on an expedition up a mountain in Napal should you buy this pack? No, and why are you here anyway.
However, if you are doing some overnights here and there and need a decent pack to carry your gear, want a loaner pack, need something as a backup, or are otherwise an average outdoors person, this pack will be perfectly adequate to the task and I don’t think it can be beat for the current sale price.

Poor quality materials[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design was okay. A few flaws, but overall I really liked the pack. Not all of the fabric was good quality, however. Most of the external material of the pack seemed to be black rip stop material. The material around the mouth of the main opening was very cheap fabric and ripped immediately, tearing at the seem where it was stitched to the black fabric.

Great pack for the price![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as my first pack. I was looking for something that wouldn't break the bank but had everything I would need. This pack delivered. Plenty of space, the extra pockets are great. The pockets on the waist clip are a nice addition and the included rain cover.
I've taken this pack out twice, haven't had a complaint yet.

Great value![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t usually buy inexpensive product. I believe you get what you pay for. However, I bought this for my son because it was less expensive. I was surprised by the quality of this product.
Planning to buy one for myself.
