Product Reviews
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Adequate. Not stellar. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a a hi-viz pair of these locally because I was in a bind and needed some bike gloves right away. They feel alright, but the padding is only useful if you crash and put your hands down on pavement. That's where the padding is REALLY thick, but there isn't any on the palms where you'll be gripping the bars most. In fact, that is where the gloves are thinnest. The palm vent is going to be obscured by the bars too. The name also suggests that they have gel padding. Whatever it actually is feels like regular stiff foam and is already flattening after about 100mi. The sizes also run small. Garneau's chart says I should wear a large, but an L barely fits over my hand while an XL fits perfectly.
