Product Reviews
Rated 1 out of 5 by from First Time Ever For Poor Quality I ordered several dozen of these and had them embroidered with my ranch logo and brand. The very next day after giving them to several prominent folks in our industry, I began to get videos and pictures from them showing the material all balled up and the jackets looking years old instead of hours. These are not inexpensive jackets and of course Marmot is my favorite brand and known for quality hence us purchasing hundreds of jackets and vests the past few years for promotional purposes. I’m not sure my photos and videos will upload here but I’m happy to email you detailed pictures and videos. First time I’ve ever been dissatisfied with Marmot and am a bit gunshy to order again ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best mid-layer Bought mine a few years ago and it is my #1 full zip "fleece style" jacket. Full disclosure, it does pill quite badly, but if you can get past that, this is an extremely well designed layer. If I want to be warm or comfortable in any cooler weather conditions, I grab this jacket. It's durable, warm, breathable and immensely comfortable. I wear this combined with my smartwool base layer and my Zeus 800fill puffy and am supremely warm. Couldn't be happier with this jacket and I hope they continue to sell it for years to come.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice concept but pilling issues I bought this item three weeks ago at the Seattle airport. It is serving its purpose in terms of layering and style; and it zips up high and keeps my neck warm. HOWEVER: it is already pilling in multiple places, such as the hem, collar, cuffs and sleeves. Other reviewers noted the pilling issue. As it is looking less and less presentable, I might wind up wearing it just for yard work. I am very disappointed in the quality, esp. at the price I paid. I would return it, but bought it while traveling on the West coast and I live in Boston.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It pills badly after 1 week! There are enough poor reviews that I don’t understand why they are still selling them, and I sure wish I had looked it up before I bought it. After one week it‘s starting to look kinda cheap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Looks great off the rack, but even moderate use will disappoint. The piling is unmanageable even after 3-4 weeks of use. Poor quality is an understatement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I bought this to use as a light jacket for fall / cool temperatures. I knew this wasn't a wind-breaker, however, there is no liner material on the jacket, meaning it offers no protection from any air movement. It provides adequate warmth for cool temperatures, but only in still environments. I would equate it to an expensive sweater, not a jacket. Also, the material is quickly fraying/unraveling. I've had it for just over a month, and it looks like it has had years of continuous heavy use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits great, super warm, holding up well I bought this jacket a little over a year ago because I liked the weight and it fit me just about perfectly. I'm 6'3" tall, 35" waist, 230 lbs. I travel a lot for work and find this to be a great all around jacket. The zipper is working fine and there are no seams coming undone. There is some pilling on the surface but its not bad and the jacket isn't wearing out prematurely. I machine wash it but hang dry it. it is not rated as a windproof jacket but I find that it kind of acts like a synthetic boiled wool and does help cut a small breeze. Combined with a warm hat and a wind breaker or shell it works well. I am comfortable to around 30F with a T shirt under this but this could easily be different for another wearer. If I am hiking or working with this on I am usually sweating pretty quickly

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Quality After a couple of wears, there was wool pilling and fuzz all over the sleeves.
