Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ski Pants not the color online I purchased a Kate pant online that shows a photo of bright Aqua or Teal and the description listed "deep teal". When the pants came they are actually a drab forest green and they do not match anything that I have. So I requested a return prepaid postage to return this product to the company since it is not at all what was represented. It is the same color as other skiwear companies carry this year and they are listed as "spruce" which is Forest green. Their photos are accurate. I am not willing to pay return postage when the product is misrepresented, and I'm still waiting for a return postage at this point

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Slim (!) and not athletic fit I have several functional Gortex pants, but I wanted something tight to wear when I don't need performance, but want to look good. I can't comment if the pants fit over the boot since I didn't try it with boots. I purchased M thinking that maybe I need S (5-6; 135lbs), but I can't wear either size in this cut. The M was too large on top, but thighs near knees were so snag that I can't buy S/XS b/c my legs wouldn't fit in. I'm very athletic, but not a body builder or weight lifter; I'm a runner. The fabric is good, no ventilation. If you've done athletics (running, skiing, cycling), I don't recommend this cut. The pants are made for regular women - large hips, thin legs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Flattering and Comfortable Just got these in the mail and can't wait to try them next snowboarding season. Reading the reviews I sized up and ordered a S, but they were way too big on me. I tried again and ordered the XS and they fit me so well! If anything, I have a slight bit of room in the waist. I'm 5'3 and weigh 113 lbs. Super comfortable, stretchy, slimming, great fleece lining and zips by the ankle that just fit over my snowboard boots. Really happy I tried these and my usual size fit. Front and back Zip pockets are a good size for a key, credit card, or lift ticket, but my cell phone will have to stay in my jacket pocket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfy, warm and stylish I’ve had the pants for a little over a month and am a huge fan. I get cold quite easily. The Kate pant has kept my legs nice and warm. I wear them out to dinner and around town too. I’m 5’5”, 128 pounds with an athletic build and narrow through the hips. I purchased the small and I like the way the pants fit. I was worried about the narrow thigh comments I read. Mine are snug in the thigh. I like the snug fit And understand why the pants wouldn’t work for someone who prefers a looser fit. I’ll be looking to pick up another pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish and Functional I purchased this pant for skiing in warmer conditions (28 degrees F and up). The styling is cute, and the material is soft, strechy, and fleecy on the inside. I purchased them in the steel gray color. I previously had a pair of marmot softshell pants in this color year ago, and snatched them up as soon as I saw them. I am sick of black but don't like loud or light colors for ski pants, and grey goes with everything. I am 5', 100 lbs, slender, and the small fit me well, not skin tight but not baggy or loose. Can put baselayer on underneath. They are about 1 inch too long, but I will have them altered, as just about every ski pant I purchase is too long for me. I only wish these pants had scuff guards on them. I have not skied in them as it is presently the end of August 2016, but look forward to wearing them skiing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish and warm! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these as I was looking for a slimmer, fitted pant to wear while skiing. I am 5 feet tall, about 110 lbs (generally 26 in pants, 2p) and purchased the small. They fit great (with a base layer underneath) and are very warm. A bit long in length when just wearing snow boots, but fine with ski boots. Though they do not have much room around the ski boots - its a tight fit, but still fine. I recently wore them in 0 degree weather and was quite comfortable. They move well while skiing, which is important. I would recommend these pants.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect pants for petite people. It's always challenging to find snow pants that fit petite frames. I'm 5'1" and weight 95 lbs. these pants are narrow in the legs and not bell bottoms. Very attractive on and wonderful material.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sizing Struggle I am 5'3" and 120 lbs and the S was too tight for me. I have an athletic build (read: muscular thighs) and found these pants to be too tight to comfortably move around and snowboard in. Love Marmot but am worried that the M will be too long.
