The Marmot Women's Trestles 30 Sleeping Bag is a synthetic sleeping bag for backpacking. Versatile and cozy on 30°F; nights, it's packed with Spirafil LT for lightweight comfort that also resists moisture. An easy pick when you're expecting damp environments. A full length zipper on one side with a second zipper on the other that allows for the top to fold down to quickly adjust temperature and coziness. Rated 4 out of 5 by Rach from Quality 3 season sleeping bag! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had a chance to use this sleeping bag outside yet, so I can’t speak to that. However, this bag seems very high quality. The construction is thoughtful and it has many useful features (like an extra roomy foot box). After trying it out inside I think it would be great for 3 season camping. The color and design is interesting and gives the bag a unique look. Overall, I would recommend this bag if you aren’t looking to spend a ton of money for a down option. It is synthetic, so it is slightly heavier and less compactable, however for the price it seems like the perfect sleeping bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for kayak and car camping, although it would also compress down enough for backpacking. It's a great all-around sleeping bag. I particularly like that as a side sleeper, I could get the option of where my longest side zipper should be, which makes it much easier to get in and out of and comfortable to sleep in with the addition of the shorter (opposite) side zipper. I'm a cold sleeper and used it down into the upper 40s without issue. Living in a humid climate, I prefer synthetic bags and the price and features were a big selling point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Artichoke522 from Packing Volume for Those Interested It would be very helpful if Marmot would publish the packing volume of their products. After some trial and error, I found that this bag (Trestles 30 W) would just fit in a 15-litre cylindrical dry/compression sack: the final cylinder measures 7.5" dia x 17" when compressed as tightly as is reasonable. If you are using an ordinary drysack (without compression), you will need a 20L sack to get it to fit. Although not specifically designed for backpacking, I do use it for that, as well as for cycle touring and canoe camping, where it is important to keep track of your packing volume (and of course, your weight). It is a bit tight to get it to fit in the bottom sleeping bag compartment of my 55L and 70L backpacks, so I use the above drysack to attach it outside my pack--below or above. Otherwise, a product worthy of the Marmot brand: probably the best value/performance ratio out there. For the price, it is definitely worth 5 stars.

We are renovating our recently purchased 91 RV - the propane recently ran out and this bag kept me toasty in Michigan's blustery weather.. Thumbs up! This bag rocks.. we discovered the zipper heads glow in the dark, too! Awesome quality.. Love it!

Strangely it was her out of the blue idea to do a fall tent overnight and hiking trip. She has never camped or shown interest before. I have had a Marmot Trestles XL/XW left zip for a 5-6 years. I was so happy to find that the Women's came in an XL right zip. They zip together very nicely, despite my bag being quite a bit longer. Temps stayed above freezing, but it was still a chilly night and the bags kept us nice and toasty. This was a last minute purchase, I paid for overnight shipping, not wanting to risk a late delivery. The bag arrived as expected with plenty of time to give it a wash and dry before out trip. Very happy!

The extra padding on the bottom is nice, making it very cozy. I love it. I used it in 40 degree weather. My feet still got cold during the night but, I'm a Florida girl....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleeping bag fits my wide hips perfectly and the lower legs part is not so tight that I can't roll over easily. I really like the double zippers, packs small, is light, can't wait to get out of quarantine and actually use it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by renmel from All kinds of Awesome- except for the color I have NO complaints about this sleeping bag. I am a very curvy woman with plenty in the hip area and I find this bag to be roomy enough for me to toss and turn all night without giving me a feeling of claustrophobia. I have NOT had a chance to try it out in 30* yet. My school of thought for buying this bag over others is this: I can always unzip my bag, or sleep on top of my bag. It's easier to neglect using a warm bag than it is to wish for a warmer sack when you are freezing. The only thing I was kind of bummed about was the color. I really wanted a blue sack- while this may not be important for some- I personally wanted to keep all my gear blue. I find that while traveling if all your gear matches in color it stands out, it is identifiable at a distance, and there is never much question as to whose it it.
