The Merrell Women's Antora Sneaker Boot is a winter boot for lightweight comfort on snowy days. We'd all love to stay on the couch reading a book by the fire when the snow is falling, but sometimes you've gotta strap on your boots and throw on the coat and get outside. These are waterproof, lightweight and feature 100g of low bulk insulation to protect feet when it's time to venture out. Whether you're walking the pup or heading into work, the lightweight EVA foam midsole cushions every step taken. Not only that, it's finished with an Vibram Icetrek outsole so you can keep solid footing on icy, snowy sidewalks.
Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.

Stylish, but super weird fitThe good: Stylish but practical for Wisconsin winter, lightweight, and I love the side zip- I was looking for something that I could just slip on and not deal with laces.
The bad: These are the weirdest fitting boot I have tried on. They are narrow in the toe (my feet are on the wider side, but not enough that I need to order wide sizes usually) and loose in the heel, and the foot bed angles my feet inwards in an uncomfortable way.
As much as I want to like these boots, they are not comfortable and I am returning them.

Cute but that’s about itThey’re ok. The sizing is a bit weird. The 8.5 (my usual size ) was too tight with thin socks. The 9 I purchased is too big with two pairs of socks. Also the color is different. The photo make it look like the lighter highlights are almost creamish. The boots are brown with light brown highlights and white pop on the bottom. They don’t appear to be warm and they hit my calf very awkwardly when I walk. They’re fine for checking the mail or wearing to the store but I definitely won’t be wearing them for outdoor activities where comfort and warmth are needed. The search continues…..

not good on iceI almost always wear 10.5 in Merrell but purchased the size 11, which did fit just fine. However, I was very disappointed in this boot. It had hardly any structure, felt like a "moon boot" instead of a hiking boot; kind of squishy and flat across the top of my foot and not well padded on the sole. But the deal breaker was the sole was extremely slippery on ice, despite having a nice looking tread and being advertised for ice and snow. I tried it on my ice covered deck and it was terrible, so I doubt it would work for me on the frosty or icy road. I returned it. Too high priced and the quality just wasn't there. I really wish Merrell would bring back their ice shoes with actual spikes.

DisappointedI only wear Merrell shoes. I have never had any issues in the past with sizing/width. I have wide toes and merrell has always worked for them. I have never needed to wear a ‘wide’ in merrell.
The good: they’re really cute and lightweight.
The bad: the toes are so narrow it hurts. The zippers fall down as you walk.
I wish I had never worn these outside so I could have returned them. Extremely disappointed.

Winter walking bootsReally love these boots! Take it from a Minnesotan winter expert :). I work outdoors teaching nature programs and generally spend a lot of time out for walks and hikes and such. I was looking for a new pair of winter boots that were easy to walk long distances in (not so clompy and heavy as winter boots can often be) but still warm in snowy or slushy conditions (and of course WATERPROOF!). I also bought the Antora 2 Mid Gore-Tex for warmer, non-snowy conditions this fall, but I've been wearing this pair every day for about the past month ever since the snow started, and boy do I love them. It truly is a sneaker and a snow boot all in one. The "Mid" ankle height offers great support in uneven terrain and in packed down/plowed snow conditions. (I have another taller pair of snow boots that I wear when I'm playing in foot-high drifts or whatever.) But really, tuck your snowpants around the tops of these boots, and they serve quite well through deeper snow too! Since these work so well with regular walking, allowing your foot to be flexible and move naturally, I haven't noticed my feet being cold at any point while wearing them, even in temps around or below zero. Got my normal shoe/boot size, and they fit great even with thicker winter socks. Love the side zippers.

Great FindI bought these last winter after years of looking for boots that were as comfortable as sneakers but good for the cold and ice of Minneapolis winters. I also have Merrill Ice Mocs with the Arctic Grip sole but they are stiff and kind of heavy. These were very comfortable right out of the box, which is rare for me. I normally wear 10.5 or 11 in sneakers and boots and these were perfect in 11. Love the Paloma color. Not wanting to have to pack boots, I recently wore them on a trip to Colorado. Two hours on a plane and then two hours driving to Breckenridge. I don't think I could have done this with any other winter boot.

Fantastic!!!Since I own a few pairs of Antora low sneakers for trail runs/hikes, I thought I’d give these boots a shot. I was not disappointed!! Not only are they comfy (sized up half a size, and they are perfect), I could run OR hike in them (did a winter trail race and they gave me grey ankle support in unstable snow conditions)! Also went into an ice cold creek during a hike (don’t ask), and my feet stayed dry. I could not believe it. These are fantastic.
