Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super perfect except color not what I expected. Mine just arrived today, and wow, they are very comfortable. Usually I need a wide width, but these are great with the buckles on their largest setting. Can’t comment yet on how much the front of my feet will end up spilling over the sides as they wear in. Love the leather straps and footbed. I am disappointed in the color difference between the picture online and what’s on my feet now. I ordered the “camel”, which appears to be a light nude online, but they are actually a mid-tone brown. It’s a lovely color, but not what I was envisioning for certain outfits. I might like to exchange them, but I’m kind of lost now on color. Ugh.

Even these sandals which could have so easily been made adjustable are very wide. The style is ok but I would be fine with that to have a comfortable pair of sandals that aren’t so wide.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Merrell Women’s Juno Buckle Backstrap Sandal I ordered & received this sandal in the color espresso in two sizes, 7 medium (M) & 8 medium (M). UNLIKE the color camel, the color espresso IS consistent with the photos provided by the manufacturer on its website. The sandal, however, is NOT consistent with the descriptive details/features given there, as the sandal does NOT have a full grain leather upper, but rather a NUBUCK leather upper. Details/features NOT included on the website are that the front strap over the toes has NO elastic/goring & is NOT adjustable. (The buckle there is decorative only.) The backstrap, however, DOES have elastic/goring that is very attractively hidden beneath nubuck on the inside of the sandal where the backstrap joins the strap that goes over the top of the foot. Unfortunately, I believe I’ve now realized that I no longer wear a MEDIUM width shoe but rather a WIDE width shoe; neither of the two sizes were wide enough for my feet (although both sizes had plenty of adjustability left in the strap that goes over the top of the foot) & I returned them both. I think a size 7.5 WIDE (W) would have been perfect for me, but unfortunately the sandal is neither available in a size 7.5 nor in a wide width. I wish it were, especially if it were available in a LIGHT NUDE color as the camel color APPEARS to be in the manufacturer’s photos online, as that was actually my first choice of color until I read the very helpful review here by Cassie of Rochester, NY, & saw HER photo. Anyway, for those women with a medium width foot, I think this is a sandal they would find to be attractive, comfortable, & of good quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointing Beautiful color and look. The support is incredible. However, the strap that goes across my foot closer to my ankle rubs my skin raw and I don't think any breaking in will fix this because the elastic piece near the buckle makes the leather move back and forth constantly. It is now too late to return these and I couldn't be more disappointed.
