Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, stable and comfortable I had a couple of Dana Designs packs in the ‘90’s and thought they were the best packs available. Bought the Scree last year but wanted something a bit smaller so I picked up the Pitch 17 on sale. I’m really glad I did! Favorite pack I’ve ever had. One big roll top compartment with hydration pocket, a waterproof zippered kangaroo pocket on front and s small zippered pocket on top for phone, wallet, glasses etc. The roll top closure and 4 compression straps keep all loads secure. I use it as a gym bag - comfortably holds size 14 hi tops, clothes and water bottle. Use it for snowshoeing and skiing. It really shines as a bike packing pack. Big enough for water and extra layers but small and stable enough for technical or long rides. I especially like how neat and streamlined the pack is- no outside water bottle pockets or extra straps. A simple, uncluttered, stable and comfortable pack!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bag. This is a great bag! I have been using to carry notebooks and school supplies back and fourth to classes. It has more than enough space for 3 notebooks two folders a 15 inch laptop and your usual college student stuff(pens, cellphone charger, headphones, etc). I really like the unconventional look and the materials feel like they will last long past my college days.

What size bladder will fit in the back pack

Asked by: Rach4212
Hey there! A 3L will be a tight fit for most bladders, but a lot of brands make their bags differently. You might be better off with a 2.5L from Osprey or Platypus. Camelbak Crux, for example, are very wide bladders that do not work well in the integrated pouch. If you want, you can also just clip the bladder in place but not stuff it in the sleeve - just let it hang. That would definitely give you more options as for brands and you could get away with a 3L bladder, too. Hope that helps!
