Since every human runs a little bit different it's not possible for us to give an exact temperature rating for products. That being said, these are insulated winter boots and should keep your feet warm on cold days.

Are these waterproof?

These have a bit of a treatment which will cause them to shed water and snow. However, they do not have a dedicated waterproof membrane so I would not call them waterproof.
