Product Reviews
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the way the shirt "hangs"...flattering style Big fan of O/R's winter stuff. Staple of my layering strategy for hiking and mountain biking in the winter. So I've been dabbling with O/R's summer stuff (boxer briefs, shorts and t-shirts) I use t-shirt this mostly for hiking, mountain biking and exercising. As mentioned in the other review it can feel a little heavy when wet (soaked with sweat). I sweat a ton so I did notice that. But I didn't find that distracting. On one humid hike I simply took it off and rung it out and I was good to go. The overall fit and finish far outweighed that heaviness. I'm also not a "six pack guy" so I prefer athletic shirts that don't look like a tent or fit too snug around the middle and shoulders. This shirt has a really good balance between the two worlds. Accommodates my size but still doesn't look like I borrowed some old ladies dress ;-)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Heavy and clammy Relatively heavy weight fabric. Feels clammy in hot weather. Holds moisture and takes much longer to dry than other synthetic shirts that I own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New favorite outdoor shirt/fabric These are easily my favorite lounging shirts, however took them on a week long trip in Northern Tier. They essentially feel like almost nothing, I am enjoying the blue fabric a bit more than the green version, something about the fabric in green feels a bit different than the blue (I got the long sleeve and short sleeve). They are a bit baggy, but who am I trying to impress? Great in hot and cold (as an under layer) environments, Solid win, OR.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from don't like [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the initial cooling sensation when I first wore the Activeice shirt felt interesting, but after wearing more I no longer feel any cooling effect. The shirt is like a sponge and just absorbs and retains sweat, which then clings to your skin. It does not dry out very quickly. In fact, a shirt I wore 24 hours ago that was soaked with sweat has not dried out and is more than damp. The material really strrrrrrrrrrreches, although it retains it's shape. That stretchiness does cause the shirt to droop and feel heavy when wet. I don't like the over slippery feel of the Titanium Grey and Navy Blue. For some reason the Fatigue Heather doesn't feel as slippery which I like. This is true regardless of if you buy the hoodie, long sleeve, or T-shirt version. I also feel the Grey and Blue also snag and run easier than the Fatigue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent, lightweight shirt [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous shirt! I live where humidity can be heavy at times. This shirt is lightweight, cool and fits terrific! Outdoor Research is my brand when I want quality that I can count on.
