It Works!![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I retired this year, I have gone back to biking, an outdoor exercise that I have found to be absolutely exhilarating but at the end of my ride, by bottom was extremely sore. At my husband's insistence, I ordered a pair of Pearl Izumi Women's Escape Quest 8.5 inch short to hopefully make my ride "comfortable". I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled to have achieved comfort-finally!! It works!! Wish I had done this sooner. They fit perfectly, true to size and the padding is perfect. Thank you so much!!

Very comfortable[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went on a couple 80 mile rides with these, very comfortable. The shorts don't roll up and the waist band doesn't roll down! If the chamois could have a little more padding and was just a hint wider I would be completely satisfied! I was a little sore after my rides with these shorts, but that is expected when you sit on a bike seat for 5 hours or so. Overall they are solid shorts.

Bummer![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a avid cyclist and I was pretty disappointed in these shorts. The sizing is way off...I could have went one if not two sizes larger. I'm 6' 140 lbs and a medium was so tight I couldn't even get them on! Pretty disappointing. I'm also not fond of the tiny waist band. I like a wider one to avoid the rolling down when I'm riding. Return!

Great bike shorts![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as my first pair of bike shorts. I took them out on a 40mi ride the first weekend I got them and they were quite comfortable. There's quite a bit of padding, but it's not unflattering. The textured black shorts look really neat. The wide band is comfortable on the waist and so far the legs don't ride up due to the small silicon on the inside. We'll see how they hold up in the next few years. I've always loved Pearl Izumi gear and I'm quite satisfied with this purchase.

Comfortable, Love these![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this purchase ❤️
These shorts are very comfortable! Great length, great padding, they look good, and the top has a good rise. I am usually between small - medium and I went with the medium. Definitely recommend.

Best bang for your buck.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price, these are great. They stay put: the legs don’t ride up and the waist doesn’t sneak down. They aren’t ‘low riders’ and cover up to my belly button...hard to find nowadays. The padding is adequate , I’m not sure I would wear them for anything over 50 miles, bit on short rides, they work.
Definitely buy one size up. I am 5-5 at 125 lbs and the medium is a good snug fit but I usually wear a small.

These are awful[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace a very old pair of great Pearl Izumi’s. These weren’t it. The cut of the padding and the unlined seam combine to create a VERY uncomfortable ride. Felt like I had a front chafing wedgy. The waist is also cut at a weird, uncomfortable spot. The legs are a good length.

Was skeptical but fit perfect[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these being very new to cycling. And wasn't sure what to expect. I thought they would be too small or too short. You can tell they are quality made and the padding is just right. I don't know what I would do without the padded seat area. Worth the value!
