Rated 3 out of 5 by from No leaks but hard to clean These are very absorbent and I would wear them on my heaviest day. No leaks so nothing to complain about there. The mesh style makes these cute. But the thick pad gets stiff and feels uncomfortable. I wash according to the directions (hand wash until water is clear) then machine wash cold and low. But I can't get the smell out and there's still period blood inside. Wearing them now irritates my labia and everything is itchy and uncomfortable. I don't find myself using them anymore.

I wanted to try period undies for a while, and when I had some leftover money in my HSA to use before the end of the year, I decided to go for it. The first time I tried them with a pad because I was scared they would leak. Second time I tried them while wearing them around the house for a few hours in the evening. I was impressed that there were no leaks! Third time I just went for it and wore them to work on my first day of my period. I was floored! I wore them for about 13 hours with no leaking. One thing I was concerned about was “oh god, is it going to feel like I’m sitting in wet underwear all day?” I only felt that way towards the last hour of wearing them which was my signal that it was time to take them off. I’m honesty so impressed. I will definitely be ordering more and telling my friends!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect period panty! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are awesome! I struggle with heavy bleeding that can come out of nowhere. I love that I can go all day at work OR all night without worrying about leaks. They fit great. It can feel a little warm in the mid section on really hot days, but the mesh keeps it from being too uncomfortable. Most of the time, it feels great! Much better than the plastic, diaper feeling you get with pads.

I would have like a little more coverage on the backside and wasn't impressed with the thick seam running along my buttocks. I do think I will purchase another pair in a different style and less leak protection in the future. Keep up the good work! Such a great idea. Theresa

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recommend it, worth the spend. I used Proof's heavy Hipster underwear on my 2nd heaviest day. There were no leaks, no smell, no feeling of wetness or anything leaking from the outside. It has a great absorbency that it leaves you baffled like where did all that blood go. On my 3rd day, I wore the underwear all day without having to replace with pads/tampons. I saved so many tampons and pads just in one month of cycle. TMI, when the clots come through, it does stay on top (small amount) but its easy to wipe it off with a tissue. It was very easy to clean by just throwing it in the cool wash and air dry. The only thing is I ordered small and it was slightly snug and I would have liked it little loose. Medium may have been slightly too big but again this is just a personal preference. Overall, happy with the purchase and excited to see how many pads/tampons I'll save during my next month's cycle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs small I am 5’5” and 146lbs. I chose size Medium based on the size chart. Size medium is supposed to fit 38-41” hips. My hips are 36” and the tops of these panties were cutting into my hips. Toward the end of the day the panties had cut into the top of my thigh too and left a welt. I’ll buy again but size up this time. Maybe two sizes …

I had even started sleeping on a towel because I've woken up and had to change my sheets. These have given me the best night sleep no leaks, no worries and no more towels.

I’m returning the Bikinis and one of the hipsters. The leak proof feature failed me. I’m 65 years old and have a incontinence problem. Truly disappointed in the product.

WAIST: Find your waist measure by leaning over to one side. Where your body naturally creases is your where you will place the tape. Measure parallel to the ground.

HIP: For your hip measurement, turn to the side and locate the fullest part of your booty. Place the tape around your body, parallel to the floor, around the widest and fullest part of your hips and tush.

NOTE: If your measurements fall into different size categories, your hip measurement will be most accurate.
