That being said, I decided to take the plunge and get some period undies so I could finally ditch disposable period products completely - and these did not disappoint! I live on an island that gets hot and miserable during the summer, so I was worried about there feeling like a swamp was in my pants - but these are so dang comfortable and breathable!! I'd almost prefer these over my regular everyday undies! They may be pricey at first glance, but you end up saving so much in the end by cutting out pads/panty liners/tampons that its 100% with it! I'm already ready for more!!

I don't like anything that clings or rides up so I always went commando. Unfortunately I got in a car wreck over a year ago and seriously injured my back. Now, when I cough or sneeze, I need a little help. My Proof thongs are just what I was looking for. They feel like a second skin; they don't cling or ride up, and, not a panty line in sight. It's just like I'm going commando but I no longer worry about my dress blowing up in a gust of wind!!!

I don’t know how anyone is wearing these comfortably. They’re not very stretchy so they don’t ‘hug’ the body well and the crotch part kind of… hangs loose? And it’s not that they’re too big I actually ordered below my usual size. The rise is also a nightmare, they hit right below my belly pooch but then come up weirdly high in the back. Would still try Proof again but only if they created something high rise with more stretch.

Even with tampons I leak on my first days, so ordering 3 of these nude thongs SAVED me! I was able to still wear all 3 outfits without the worry of staining my clothes, and they stayed dry when (sure enough) I did start to leak on day 2 . Could not recommend this thong enough-especially as a summer staple when basically every outfit calls for no-show nude underwear!

Not hot at all for working out. I do find they run a bit big. I ordered according to my measurements and used the provided sizing chart, but I really wish I had ordered a size smaller. The recommended size is not as snug as I like for under my spandex workout clothing. The hips are wider than expected and the crotch is wider than I need, so the underwear do bunch up some. I am hoping a size smaller next time will fit in these areas better. I do love the confidence I feel that I can jump, run, jog and not have to change my clothing immediately. They are so nice! I will definitely buy again and size down one size for under fitted spandex.

So my area is very sensitive to liners, it doesn’t appreciate the friction and irritation they can cause. When excessive irritation occurs that’s when I will get an outbreak, unfortunately. I finally decided to invest in these underwear and see what they were all about! I am so happy I did:) they do the job very well and are not super thick and are comfortable for all day wear. I wore them to work for 13hrs (I’m a nurse) and they were great. I gave them a 4 star because I wish there were different options like high rise option. I don’t like low or mid rise underwear for leggings or jeans because you can see the indentation of the underwear.

I’ve tried Thinx and another company (I totally forgot which one) and proof is 100% the most comfortable. When I’m on my period I also have to wear a tampon with these, but I like using them to feel more confident that I’m not bleeding through anything. I also wear them as daily underwear since I’ve had two kids... they just make me feel a little more safe and dry. Love them!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cindy from OMG! I am so excited to find these! My new favorite panties! I have polycystic ovary syndrome and my periods are extremely erratic. As a result, on the days I get my period unexpectedly, I often find myself leaking through my underwear. I have tried a couple other brands, but they are so bulky and uncomfortable and most times end up leaking anyway. Proof is different because they are so thin and comfortable, that I want to wear them everyday... and they WORK! I feel really confident putting on my white jeans now!

WAIST: Find your waist measure by leaning over to one side. Where your body naturally creases is your where you will place the tape. Measure parallel to the ground.

HIP: For your hip measurement, turn to the side and locate the fullest part of your booty. Place the tape around your body, parallel to the floor, around the widest and fullest part of your hips and tush.

NOTE: If your measurements fall into different size categories, your hip measurement will be most accurate.
