STAYING DRY[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a trip to Alaska. Have not had a chance to test the jacket there, but it has performed with excellence in my local rain showers. I like the high neck collar and adjustable hood. I was able to get a perfect fit, which is a first for me and jackets in general. I felt the overall fit was small, but I was planning for layering with a light jacket underneath. Without the jacket and wearing a long sleeve shirt, my original sizing according to their chart was perfect. I actually sized up one size and the fit was perfect. Looking forward to giving it a good test on my trip.

So disappointedBought the RAB Eco downpour for my walk on the Leeds Liverpool Canal. 127 miles over 7 days I wanted something I could rely on. Unfortunately this RAB jacket was very disappointing. The zip is constantly getting caught on the flap behind it and the cuffs do seem to retain water. However, a far more serious issue with this jacket is it’s lack of breathabity. In fact it is like being in a mobile sauna. I really feel so disappointed after all my research that it does not live up to all the claims made for it!

Perfect, even for the rain jacket skeptic[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally purchased a rain jacket that doesn't make me cringe! Call it vain, call it I don't want look like all the other PNW's, call it whatever you want.. It fits, it's cozy, it doesn't make the obnoxious SWOOSH SWOOSH sound. It works, and I don't hate it. My boyfriend suggested I try the Rab brand, as he is outfitted in all things PNW, and he knows that even in the rain and elements- I still have fashion over a function as a mindset.. Bless his heart <3

Nice weight, and fit, plus actually waterproofLovely color (the light blue/purple color), flattering fit, and seems to be actually waterproof! Went walking in the “bomb cyclone” this morning, and kept me relative dry. Best feature is the underarm “pit zips”, so you don’t build up moisture. I’m 5’4” and curvy, and the Medium fits perfectly with just enough room for an under layer sweater. The large swam on me. One thing is I wish it had a bit of a bill on the front of the hood. I’m going to try a visor underneath next time it rains.

Softer than Pataxxxxx better fit than Coluxxxx[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a 2 week trip to Asia. Taiwan and Vietnam can rain suddenly so I wanted something light and easy to stuff into my nylon tote. I have back issues and cannot carry anything too heavy. This was perfect. Light and folded nicely without wrinkling. I tried a couple other rain jackets before settling on this one. The Coluxxxx Women's Switchback III was too tight around the hips. The Pataxxxxx Torrentshell 3L felt like plastic and didn't have the nicer colors in stock. I watched one review that rated this jacket higher than the rest so I took a chance and bought it. With a promo code the price was half that of Pataxxxxx and about the same as Coluxxxx. I haven't experienced a downpour in this yet. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this jacket.

Perfect jacket for use withPerfect jacket for use with a t-shirt for warmer days and with a jumper for cooler days. Great in rain showers, hood is adequate, not too big, though would be better if it packed away. Packs flat into a pocket but I don't like the creased look when it comes out. Colour is lovely, I ordered the teal greeny colour. Air vents under the arm are good when you get warm but it isn't warm enough to take the jacket off. Good all rounder! May purchase it in another colour!

Mrs GregoryAbsolutely the worst jacket I've ever bought. This jacket can't tolerate any form of rain or shower. Even the lightest rain gets absorbed immediately and I'm left soaked. I wasn't expecting it to be completely waterproof but I was expecting shower proof. Total waste of money! 1 star is because it looks nice, other than that it's the most useless jacket I've ever bought sadly.

NOT waterproof!Extremely disappointed to be wet through after less than 15 minutes, every part of the jacket lets water in. The internal placket catches on the zip too, which I had noticed from other reviews and decided I could live with but not getting soaked in a “waterproof” jacket. Bought for walking the dog in the rain but not fit for purpose 🙁
